They saved my cat peppy and continue to help him through his journey. When I need anything I know I can rely on them. They are gentle and care about your family. They are also open on Saturdays which is nice because we work a lot. Id recommend them for your fur babies.”

“This was our first visit with our new puppy. We truly could not say enough great things about this practice! Everyone was extremely helpful, warm and friendly, but most importantly our puppy was relaxed and calm through the entire visit. Dr. Thompson and her assistant were so knowledgeable and took the time to make our needs were addressed. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. I was worried sick about putting him under anesthesia and just the whole process in general because my baby has never been through anything like this since he was neutered as a baby. Dr. Ward and her staff were very patient and responsive to all my worries and questions (I can be very overbearing when it comes to my cats). I go on the 12th for my other cats teeth and I am very confident in this team and going in with a lot more ease because of how well they took care of my Miller. I absolutely love this clinic and would and do refer this clinic to anyone in need of a team that will take the best care of their fur babies. “I absolutely love this clinic and their staff, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Blitz is a very anxious, sometimes reactive dog, and since she’s also a big dog, I’ve received judgement in the past at other facilities or just dealt with people that didn’t even try getting to “know” her and just came in to do the bare minimum and left as soon as possible. Dr. Dorset is unbelievable, and she has helped me, Blitz, and my husband in so many ways with the care she has given her and her recommendations. She is compassionate yet firm and a “straight shooter” — I can always trust what she has to say. She is very knowledgeable, and I have noticed that my dog has improved a little bit each time she’s come to a visit as she’s gotten to know Dr. Dorset…they will probably never be besties and Blitz will always hate going to the vet, but she’s making it into a positive experience for her each time. Everyone else I have met at the clinic (techs, front desk) are also wonderful and responsive. Thank you all for what you do and the care you give my Blitz.”
