“Local cat only hospital with great service. The location is convenient with ample parking, but the building is due for a renovation. The vet and staff are very friendly and take wonderful care of my cat. I have a Sphynx and they are very knowledgeable about his breed. Downfall: they don’t take Amex which is outrageous. We are a cashless society and you need to accept all forms of payment regardless of the processing fee.”

“The staff here were exceptionally accommodating with me and my partner while our beloved 3.5 year old cat "Goof" was experiencing a medical emergency. They allowed us to set a promise to pay date as we were unable to fully cover the cost of their life saving efforts, and were unable to get approval for emergency funding through their payment partner. Unfortunately the situation became too dire and we elected to say goodbye to our cat. They were extremely supportive during this process, allowed him to pass with dignity, and sent us a beautiful card after his passing. Very grateful to the staff and doctors who supported us during such a heavy and difficult moment.”

“I interacted with the kindest employee today at Petland. His name was James. Not only was he helpful, he was funny and engaging. He asked if I had visited the animals in the store! So off I went and said hi to birds, bunnies and hamsters. I shared with him I had an aging sick dog at home and through empathy and grace he made me feel better. What a gem this man was! To top it all off he drew a dog with hearts on the back of my receipt! Seriously, we need more James in the world!”

“Our go-to place for fish and aquatic plants in Edmonton. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean store, and reasonable prices. I've looked at other stores and online for fish and plants and always end up coming back to Aquarium Central. Masks are still mandatory here, but they provide them for free as well as sanitizer at the door. Some fish stores have dirty tanks and dead fish but nothing like that here. Convenient location and plenty of parking - we'll most definitely be back.”

“First time at High Tails and very very happy. I was a bit skeptical because the suites are separated by chain links which the dogs haven’t had before. But rest assured they make sure they ensured us that they will be safe and with other dogs your pets are compatible with! Our two pups boarded here for about 18 nights, and they monitor the dogs well. They fed our dogs well too while other boarding places always had leftovers. They fit them in for a groom as well before pickup! Dogs came home super exhausted and have been sleeping all day. I can tell they had SO much fun! Thanks Dawn, Brianna, and London!”
