“Everyone at Macungie have been wonderful to me and my cat. Our experiences there have been really good. They provide a really wide range of services, and are very knowledgeable. The front desk staff is awesome! Having vet services, acupuncture (Dr Gabriel) and chiropractic (Dr Gigglioti) so close to home is awesome. My special needs kitty has benefited greatly from the care they provide. If that's what your looking for in a practice (which I was), they're at the very top of my list. Prices wise, I think are on the high side. If someone was just looking to get their healthy pet vaccinated once a year, I'd probably suggest they check out other options before making a decision on what's the right option for them, their pet and their budget.”

“Absolutely horrible. I referred my daughter to take her kitten there for neutering. They were extremely rough with little Tigger. Very rude customer service. When picking him up after the procedure they had him soaking in his own urine and shoved the carrier into her hands without even letting her inside. It's been a year and his testicles are still swollen. You definitely get what you pay for. Beware.”
