“I always feel that Dr Rivera and the technicians take wonderful care of my dogs; and the protocols, services, quality of medicine they practice and the products they use are exceptional. The team here has been with me through happy and sad times. I always told coworkers and friends I recommended them and the only thing I would change was the facility. It was up to date as far as medicine and cleanliness, but the building was starting to look out of date and was small. Wish come true, they remodeled and expanded!”

“I have no complains regarding Mollie the trainer, but I would never recommend pet paradise to anybody. It's nothing like they tell you how it is. My dog was kept loocked because their staff is not trainer certified, so what's the point of me leaving my dog with them? Besides, my dog got sick there and they didn't notify me. Seems the last thing they care is about the dogs. They look like they are taking as many dogs as they can, and when I visited my dog the smell was terrible and the place had a very strong smell too. Seems the staff is more trained to treat the pet owner to convince you the dogs are treated well than trained to actually care about the dogs.”

“I wanted to love this place, I REALLY did. The manager Lauren helped me so much but unfortunately 1 out of the 6 nights my dogs stayed they were left out to sleep in patio and were forgotten to be brought back in. I reserved a VIP suit to be able to see them while on my cruise and I felt so hopeless with no emergency line to call. My dog also came home with a swollen ball shape on his throat that I still don’t have answers too.”

“Drove two hours here to get my 10+ year old chihuahua mix Hollywood’s dentistry surgery here. I was definitely one of the worriers, crying etc. lol The staff here at Helping hands was extremely remarkable. The lady at the front desk especially she treated me with respect, kindness, empathy and was very professional every single last time I spoke to her. All of the other staff was no different they’re all just literally perfect. It’s very rare you can find an office where every single staff member is kind. Also it was extremely clean. It was a very refreshing and positive experience. My dog is doing amazing and I would make this drive every single time for my pets surgeries and would certainly recommend anybody wondering if they should make the trip here, do it! So many times I have asked for groomers to not do something and they never listened- they not only listened but WENT OVER THE TOP!
