“Jessie came to you on Tuesday 2nd Jan. Unable to walk, crunched over in pain, screaming out in agony and unable to lift her head. 1 week on from her spinal operation and she's trying to do zoomies around the living room when taken from her crate! Michal saw jessie at an emergency appointment at 12.30, by 1.30 she was having an MRI, at 2.30 Michal diagnosed her problem, explained the operation fully & had her prepped for emergency surgery before 3pm. How can you possibly beat that level of service. Not only that, the staff...well absolutely wonderful people. It goes without saying Michal is a life saver & cared for my dog like he would his own, he not only operated on her but took time to get to know her, his diagnosis was thorough even though he was desperately trying to speed things up for Jessie's benefit. A very kind man. The vet nurses are amazing too, again kind thoughtful putting your animals needs first & clearly spend lots of time with them to understand their quirks & personality. The reception staff are equally as lovely, from the moment I walked through the door broken, upset & exhausted they showed compassion and took the time to talk to me. I would 110% use paragon again although I hope I never do need them they are the best practice iv ever been to, iv actually never experienced a class service of this kind before and can't thank them enough for the care they gave to my fur baby who is now eager to get going and get back to normal ! THANK YOU 1st picture is jessie on our way to her appointment unable to lift her head, screaming out in pain. 2nd is 2 days after surgery. 3rd is less than 1 week after surgery on crate rest (although she'd prefer to be out walking!)”

“I needed a Vet closer to home, with more convenient opening hours. I registered my fluffers on Wednesday with the sole intention of getting a Saturday appointment. I rang at 8:30 and was offered an appointment in an hour!! My Old boy has had a stroke and thankfully no invasive/exploratory procedures were suggested. I’ve taken him home to love him until the next one, but I have peace of mind that we’re with an outstanding practice, and his needs will be met as and when. He also had a cyst on his back, he allowed the Vet to shave and empty it, she was so gentle with him. Thank you!”

“Always there to help and reassure! I was worried that my dog had a UTI so went in yesterday and she was seen, given a prescription and she is now on the mend. The vet was absolutely lovely and Lucy on reception was welcoming and sunny as always - my dog loves her! Can't thanks the staff enough for always being understanding and reassuring and looking after my gorgeous girl. They really understand that pets are family. Never had a bad experience and I'm sure we never will. Thanks for always looking after my girl, Ripley is already feeling better!”

And as if that wasn't enough the staff are all lovely, it's always a pleasant experience to be greeted with a smile by the knowledgeable, friendly team they have there. They also host great events for both dogs and customers alike providing a nice safe environment for dogs and people to socialise. I look forward to my next visit.”

“I have been using Towerwood Vets now for three years, they are very well adversed in animal welfare, the knowledge the care and love they show to our beloved pets is on anouther level truly! My pet loves them all and can not wait to be among the nurse's and vets, he never shows any signs of stress and he has more problems than most animals will endure. Spine and disk issues, Cancer, Stomach issues. But he is still here living his best. I really cannot praise these lovely disciples of animal care enough, I owe them much more than a vet bill.... They really have to quite simply be..... THE BEST .👌”

“The service I received from the Vet was terrible. I couldn't get a word hedge ways explaining my dogs symptoms and allergies and the testing which had previously taken place without been cut short by this rude women. All she kept insisting was blood tests, allergy tests and to cut his testicles off she was not interested in what methods had previously been used. She was simply there to try rip me off. To add insult to injury whilst she was writing Winstons prescription she asked me and my partner to stop talking very rudely as she couldn't do the maths with the distraction, we did and she still cocked the correct amount up and then when I called the day after they had the cheek to try charge me £14 for the ones she hadn't counted. Avoid this practise and certainly this rude women. Mart”

“Great place to spend an hour with the kids. We loved seeing all of the horses and donkeys. They just ask for donations in a postbox on the gate. Alternatively you can pay to donate for specific items online like a bale of Hay for £5 or a bag of carrots for £2.50.”
