“Fantastic staff. We needed to get vaccinations and neutering, and the first thing reception in the phone did was go through fees before we even booked. It was more expensive that I’d realised and beyond my budget, so the person I spoke to referred us to Lort Smith for a cheaper alternative. I’m actually really impressed and when finances improve I’ll be taking our dog here. Takes a solid business to provide that sort of transparency and service.”

“Most of the vets are Professional, friendly,patient however a bit expensive. Just one or two are kind of profit driven and not that caring and patient. 24 hrs Emergency available. Record system is really good which means they have fantastic management.Even the reception or vet changed,you can still get your pets medical record from long ago. [This is remarkable !] Reminding system and customer following services is also good. Overall they are reliable. But I am not sure about any serious surgery,my pets didn’t experience this.”

“Words cannot express my gratitude towards Dr. Sabrina. Her professionalism, patience, and care to my puppy are something I've never experienced before. My dog is extremely sensitive and timid, and I've never seen any veterinarian made him calm, he was frightened every single time even with body touch, but she did it! IV catheter placement and blood test!!! I'm amazed. At the same time, I'm deeply touched by her and the nurse’s attentiveness and consideration, always thinking about the well-being of animals rather than just for profit or completing tasks. The best veterinarian in Melbourne! Thank you!”

“I brought my cocker spaniel in on Christmas even for a grass seed that had completely entered his paw. Dr Sarah triglia was so amazing - she made my dog and my husband and I feel comfortable immediately. She first tried to remove it by hand, which was unfortunately unsuccessful. Yet stayed back to help her colleagues by performing the minor surgery required to retrieve the grass seed. What impressed us most was that she followed up with us a few days later to check how he was going and continued to provide advice via email where required. Worth every cent 🙏🏼”
