These little creatures added an unexpected charm to the store. The staff’s expertise in caring for these small invertebrates was evident, and their health and vivacity were a testament to the store’s commitment to quality and care for all its inhabitants. The store itself is a treasure trove for any aquatic enthusiast. Beyond the vibrant flora and charming shrimp, Aquariums West boasts an impressive array of supplies and fish species. The doctors and staff clearly genuinely care about the animals they treat - I even got a phone call several days later to check in on my Moose and ask how he was doing with the course of treatment we had decided on. The clinic is clean, the prices are reasonable, the hours are great, and there’s tons of parking. I will be switching to Sullivan Animal Hospital as my primary veterinary clinic and am still super impressed by them.”

“Dr. Blondel and the receptionists here are absolute angels! She’s so sweet and patient with my dog. Takes the time to explain things thoroughly and answers all my questions. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment. She also doesn’t recommend things my dog doesn’t need just to make more money - I’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the past at other clinics. The receptionists are also so pleasant. They’re very organized, on top of paperwork, follows up on things and answers emails quickly. Highly recommend! I’m going to be a loyal customer for sure :)”

I brought my two rats to see the highly recommended Dr. Ong, and she, along with her team, went above and beyond in ensuring the well-being of our beloved girls. Although we were heartbroken when they passed away later that year, the clinic sent us an unexpected and touching gesture in the mail: a card adorned with their paw prints and some seeds to plant in their memory. This gesture held profound significance for my husband and me, as these rats were our first pets. Such thoughtful care is rare and truly appreciated.”
