“What can ya say about Fragbox. But 100 percent amazing. Nobody can touch his.guarantee. 7 days totally crazy unless you can back it up and March and Tia do that. Must see and must check it out. I have seen some fancy corals but Fragbox takes it one step higher.”
9 Meteor Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1A3, Canada
“I boarded my rescue dog for the first time ever to go on holiday this year. She is a VERY anxious and timid dog, I've had her for over 4 years and never tried boarding her. The staff were very friendly and kind to her. I really felt better being able to check on her via the webcams during the day. And at night she had a private webcam where I could check on her before bed. My dog does NOT eat when she is anxious, but the staff made sure her uneaten dinner went into her bedroom suite with her and I felt so relieved when I could see an empty dish at night. I watched my dog open up to the staff during the week, and even started wagging her tail in the playroom! Thank you so much to these kind people for working so hard to get my dog to trust them. One small piece of advice for any would-be boarders. We trimmed her nails before the trip so she wouldn't accidentally scratch anyone. But my anxious dog was pacing the playroom a lot and she wore down her nails sooner than she normally would have. They are sensitive today and if your dog is anxious, leave the nails a little longer so they can handle the extra grinding during the week.”
1026 Coxwell Ave, East York, ON M4C 3G5, Canada
“I've been taking my dog to Dr. D'Arcy and the team at Coxwell Animal Clinic for 10 years and always receive good service. The Vets take their appointments on time, and always spend time checking over my dog carefully. Now she is a senior, she has some issues to manage and they always thoroughly explore the treatment options and include me in the decision making. They truly care about our pets. Highly recommend!”

“The staff here are great and accommodating. My elderly dog gets super anxious on visits to the vet, and the nurses and doctors gentle approach goes such a long way to making him feel less stressed. Because of his arthritis, he has trouble sitting or laying down on tile floors and they offered him a towel and pad to help him feel more comfortable. They even offered to get a bed for him if we needed. They were also happy to accommodate our request to teach us to give his monthly injection at home to minimize his stress. Can't recommend enough!”

“So kind and accommodating and caring! my dog wasn’t able to walk out of the blue; and after calling most of the city to have an appointment that - either was only available 2 weeks away, or way beyond my financial means - JQAH took us in the same day & gave me exact pricing & all the details/ options available to me, that made my t possible to get my dog medical care; Incredibly compassionate staff & my dog is feeling better & was comfortable and calm in the clinic and the kind doctor who checked him out”

“My dog Junie had an ear infection. It started a month ago and the previous vet I took her gave her med for allergy. Her infection got worse and was itchy like crazy. I took her to see Dr Levine right after Christmas. I was happy that they were able to give me an appointment right away. This was the first time, he gave me the options of an antibiotic shot along with a long lasting ear drop ( costs more ) or antibiotic drops that I need to administer at home ( costs less ). But seeing my dog’s ear turned red, black and crusty, I chose the first option. Within a few hours, her ear didn’t smell anymore and it turned back to pink by night. Dr Levine is very pleasant with my dog. I will bring Junie to see him from now on. Thank you, Dr Levine.”

“Amazing care for our gal,Cali. A Yorkie is small with a big attitude and at Parker they care and socialize her just as she needs. I've not a single worry as I turn to leave and whole vacation. I love the weekly report, photos and knowing I can call any time.”
250 Wincott Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9R 2R5, Canada
“On Friday December 30, 2023 at 7:30 pm… Came in during their regular business hours… waited in front reception for exactly 45 minutes without a single person to assist me although you could hear staff talking in the back… I’ve been working in this industry for 10 years. Never have I seen such terrible customer service. Phone lines didn’t go through therefore wasted time and gas… if I could write a 0 star review I would 😂”
22 Dovercourt Rd, Toronto, ON M6J 3C3, Canada
“I moved to Toronto in July 2021 and have been taking my pup to get groomed here ever since!! She is a golden doodle, and if you have a doodle you know that finding a good groomer can be challenging. But she always looks SO cute after her cut at Wagsup and the staff is so kind. My pup is a little anxious but the team is always very sweet to her and I know she is in good hands at Wagsup. Highly recommend!!”
1051 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto, ON M6C 2C9, Canada
“We received prompt, professional, friendly and helpful service today when our pup ate something he shouldn't have. The clinic was very helpful over the phone, and able to act quickly and remove it as soon as we arrived before it went too far into his digestion. We were very lucky and Neil is back to his usual self, he says thanks so much!!”
