They were terrific with her, and showed us that they cared about her, from her nail trimming, and location of her Rabies Vaccine (they gave it to her in the hip, NOT her side - which normally leaves a very tender spot for days. Dr. Farrel (sp ?) was knowledgeable, and was more than willing to answer any/all my questions. Overall, we had a very good experience with the Civano Team today!”

“Super clean store with knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is calming and the all the aquariums really set the mood. I can come here when I'm having a bad day and leave a bit more tranquil. I love to get my "woods" from here too, whether it be cork, grapewood, mopani, etc, they have a good selection of everything you'll need for reptiles. All the reptiles, fish, amphibians, arachnids, invertebrates seem to be healthy and thriving- one of the best shops (if not THE best shop) in town. Edit- I was reading through reviews and people keep mentioning gossip and unprofessional behavior- I'm not saying it couldn't happen, it happens everywhere, but even when Lee had the shop in the old location, the staff was friendly and kind. I've even had them explain things to me and NOT make me feel like a complete idiot, so that's a biggie. I feel like the staff is great and HUMAN. Just because you catch someone at a bad time doesn't make the shop any less amazing!!”

“Catalina Pet always takes amazing care of my dog. Dr. Sandate goes above and beyond, I'm talking hands and knees on the floor with a flash light checking my dog because she gets nervous on the table. They always answer all my questions and concerns. At a different vet office my dogs leg was injured from her being improperly picked up, so I'm very picky now about her care. Catalina Pet has been nothing but amazing. My dog runs in and is happy to be there because of how great they are.”

“The staff here has really helped me navigate thru urgent issues with my 2 dogs since moving to Arizona almost 2 years ago. One of my dogs really does not care for vets, my last vet in Denver had to sedate her each time I brought her in. Dove Mountain has never had to sedate my dog to handle her. I love that. But what I don't love are the prices. This is really an expensive clinic compared to my old clinic in Denver. Everything is so much more expensive across the board. I have spent just under $7k in vet bills in just under 2 years. That is a lot of money! Do I get a frequent flyer card? They have taken great care of my babies though, so I'm still sticking around for now.”
