“You get the worst service here! My first appointment, I was here over 90 minutes just for my puppy to get a vaccine. Today, the same deal. The prices are very reasonable, but the doctors are not very friendly and rather than ask me to bring a stool sample they “extracted” one, which was very distressing for my puppy. Wasting my time in the vet waiting room with puddles of animal urine on the floor is not my idea of good service. EDIT: three weeks ago a response by the company was left saying the manager was going to call me. They have not done so. Additionally, I asked for an appointment 10 days ago for my sick puppy and have not been able to get an appointment yet.”
