“Our Golden doodle has stayed here multiple times. We’ve never had an issue with boarding. However, twice we’ve asked for and this time paid for daily brushing to ensure no matting. At the end of her stay we had her groomed and she came home scalped. This time bleeding. Please know they will not brush daily even if you pay for the service and they will scalp your pet to the point of blood.”

“We absolutely love Pawsome Pets! We heard about this doggie salon from our friends at Doodle Rock Rescue. From booking our appointment to the team greeting as you come in, making sure your dog is comfortable and listening to what the customer wants, their grooming and customer service is top notch! Our dog Delbert loves Laura.👏She does an awesome job and we have heard great things about the other professionals as well. Everyone seems happy and caring with all the dogs. Terran is the owner and she followed up and sent the picture below of our sweet very nicely groomed boy. (He was a rescue and had never been groomed for 3 years.) “The fish are so miserable here. The filtration equipment does not work properly so there is very little oxygen going into the water. *weeks later and there is still no change in oxygenation. There is no water movement. This is just slightly above common sense for anyone and is absolutely common sense for an animal husbandry business. Provide Oxygen!!!”

“This is the best place ever! I can't recommend it enough! I really felt like they really cared about my dog, and all the staff was super nice and caring. I shopped around at other vets, and I felt like this one was more thorough with their examination and provided a more reasonable estimate. They were very detailed with updates, pre and post care instructions, and even called to check up on my dog a day after the procedure, all without me having to ask. I was surprised they trimmed her nails, put together a little goodie bag, and ended up going under the estimate. I'm so glad someone recommended this place to me because I felt like my senior miniature doggy was in good hands, which was one of my worries, being she's more high risk being under anesthesia.”
