“Loved the experience. Went with a friend who adopted a kitten from them. They are promoting adoption and it aligns with my cause/experience. All the animals were kept in separate large rooms. All the kids were well groomed, healthy and ready to be taken to their forever homes. I appreciate them having a very detailed adoption process- specially good if you are going to be pet parent for the first time. They also have amazing merchandise. There are many animal care facilities near the adoption center. The staff is very supportive and polite.”

“Great place, very helpful and understanding. We needed to put our senior dog down last year. We went to one place first, and they made us wait almost an hour in their parking lot before telling us they couldn't do it. We had to make an appointment. Heart broken that my dog was suffering. We drove to East Hills Veterinary Hospital, spoke to receptionist who put us in a room. Vet came in and examined out dog and recommended we put him down. They took him back gave him medicine and wrapped him they came back and explained the process and asked if my kids wanted to stay or leave the room. We all stayed by my pup side till the end. I will alway recommended East Hills Veterinary Hospital. I now take my new pup to them.”

“What can I say about a place that saved my dog's life ? Only that they are ANGELS. My girl Sophia came in lethargic. We were so nervous and devastated. The VEG team walked us each step of the way with a clear care plan and upfront costs. Our girl was there for almost 5 days. Yikes I thought but we were determined to save her. Everyone that works for this VEG has only one agenda to give your pet the best care possible. It's a very difficult place to meet some very beautiful people who love your pets as their own. “My little Bella is a 14 year old chihuahua who was diagnosed with a severe uterine infection a week ago at Pacific Vetrinary Emergency Hospital. She went in with a fever of unknown origin on admission. Once the source was found to be her uterus I was referred back to her veterinary clinic, Sun Valley Animal Hospital, to be spayed. Today I took her in to see Dr. Sharma to discuss a plan of care. People told me to just euthanize her and to be honest I was thinking maybe it would be better not to put her through a major surgery at her age, especially with the ongoing infection. Her risk factors were her age, a heart murmur, and the infection. After discussing her options with Dr. Sharma, in light of these risk factors, I decided to give her the only chance she had to live out the rest of her life in good health. Dr. Sharma performed the surgery 3 hours later. She is now home. Sleeping next to me where she belongs! Dr. Sharma and all of the staff in the clinic were kind, informative, supportive, and most of all, loved on my little furry baby girl! They took excellent expert care of her. I highly recommend Sun Valley Animal Hospital for all of your furry children's needs. I am confident they will continue to support Bella and myself through the rest of her recovery.
