“Found what I have been needing in a leash for some time now. Clean store. Ver clean. Watched associate clean up a pet mess on the floor in a timely manner. Every associate we're being professionally kind to each other. Got good clearance find. I didn't need fish but the aquarium section was so nice that I spent close to 30 minutes just taking pictures and admiring. Whoever put together the aqua section is top notch decorator and care taker. Very clean and humane and conditions.”

Flying our two fur babies from Belgium to Hawaii was very stressful and nerve-wracking; however, Dakota was on top of everything, and she and the individuals who helped with transportation, flights, and boarding in Brussels, Frankfurt, LAX, and Honolulu ensured that everything went smoothly, including a very quick direct airport release in Honolulu. The personal updates, photos, and door-to-door service, which included ice cubes in the water bowls en route to the dogs' new home in Hawaii, were wonderful personal touches. We cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend it. Yes, these pet shipping services are pricey but you cannot put a price tag on peace of mind.”

“Animal control said they couldn't pick up a stray dog. I was told I need to hold the dog overnight. I asked if I could drop the dog off then I was told yes. When I got there they had no idea who I was or the dog was. And when they made sure I wasn't just dropping a dog off and made me wait another 20 minutes outside. I was really upset as they are a kill shelter and only keep dogs for three days. According to what I was told. He was a really sweet dog and I don't think he ever will find a home.”
