“Best ever care for our little jenday conure! The doctor spent more than an hour with us and the bird, and she and her assistant were especially careful with him when they clipped his toenails and took blood for the medical testing. They explained everything they were doing and taught us about diet and general care for him and our other birds. Also, they did not recommend clipping his wings, which is super important for us.”

“Our dog was bitten and injured by another dog while at 3 Dogs' day care in late October 2023. 3 Dogs' actions over the past several weeks show that this is not a responsible, caring, or safe facility. I encourage you to keep our experience in mind when you choose a dog day care. 1. 3 Dogs did not reach out to check on our dog or see how she was doing. They knew that our dog had puncture wounds, needed an same-day urgent care vet visit, sedation for the puncture wounds to be flushed and treated, three prescriptions, follow up visits, constant monitoring, etc. We finally reached out to them after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. 2. When we reached out to them to ask about their procedures when a dog is injured while in their care, they seemed to have no procedures. No incident report was made. There was no surveillance video of the scuffle / bite. The staff member that I talked to on the phone was not aware of the incident until I contacted 3 Dogs. 3. When we asked what happened with the dog that bit our dog, they said that nothing happened - the other dog did not go home early, there was no change to the dog's schedule (until weeks later when we requested it), and we learned later that the other dog's owner was not EVEN INFORMED THAT SHE BIT OUR DOG. 4. 3 Dogs has changed their story over and over. As of our last email with them today, they are now blaming our dog for being bitten. Our dog and the other dog do NOT know each other beyond living in the same neighborhood; they have never had an incident outside of 3 Dogs. However, 3 Dogs keeps repeating this story that the two dogs "have a history" and "know each other" and that was a contributing factor, instead of taking a speck of responsibility for the dog injury happening at their facility when our dog was under their care. After being customers since 2020 or 2021, we will never go back. I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.”
