“This was my first visit to this practice. (10/13/23) I’ve been given 3 different diagnoses by 3 different veterinarians in the last few weeks & a friend recommended that I visit this facility. I’m so glad that I did. They genuinely listened to my concerns, they were thorough with the evaluation, thorough with their explanation of everything & the staff was overall kind and caring. They even brought her a bowl of water because she was panting so hard. I wasn’t ‘nickel and dimed’ either. I was given a high & low estimate based on what she absolutely needed & what she might possibly need. The total ended up actually being lower than expected. My dog is severely anxious & usually races back to me after she has been taken in the back at vet offices. She wasn’t as upset when she came back to me as she usually is after she has been taken in the back at other facilities. They really took their time and had extra patience with her due to my warning about her anxiety. She has another appointment with Dr. Spranklin tomorrow 10/16/23. I have complete confidence that she is in great hands at Weston Lakes Animal Hospital. They have definitely earned a new patient for life!”

“I brought my baby girl Mala in with pyometra absolutely devastated thinking we were going to lose her. The whole entire staff were so kind and helpful. The hospital was super clean and welcoming. I won’t be bringing my baby anywhere else but here. They really do care about the animals. They also review all the charges clearly and work with payment plans which saved us. Mala had to stay overnight after her surgery and I was a mess all night worried, for nothing. They took amazing care of her and I picked her up the next day (today) again, thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication! You guys saved my baby.. my four daughters, husband and I are beyond grateful. Amazing team! Definitely recommend 10/10!”

“I have been going to Dr Mark for many years. He is a wonderful vet and very caring and knowledgeable. I trust him completely BUT. I will not be going back My dog had a major allergic reaction and I called to bring him in for a shot and the girl at the desk said No appt available and we close at 1:00 today I called at 10 am and said I would be happy to come in and wait for someone to see him. She said No we close at 1:00 and I can refer you to an emergency clinic. She would not ask the vet if I could come in I have been seeing Dr Mark since he worked at Acacia Animal hosp before he opened his own practice. So it’s been a lot of years and to have a receptionist behave so rudely is not Acceptable. This girls can ruin a practice. .”

“This location is AMAZING! The employees at the front were super welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. They really made me feel comfortable dropping off my 2 year old dog for 3 nights and assured me that I could call anytime of day to check on him. I loved the report cards they sent me with pictures of my boy while I was gone and it made me so happy to see how much fun he was having. Usually when I pick my dog up from other boarding/day care places he is distressed and upset but when I picked up my pup from Coconut creek Pet Paradise, he was happy and full of excitement... I knew that he had the best time and was treated with lots of love. The employee at the front told me she enjoyed his presence and he gave her lots of hugs and kisses during his stay! When I dropped him off the girls at the front gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the room he would be staying in. I could go on and on forever... this location is great. Thank you guys for being the best and taking such good care of our animals!”
