“Wonderful vet and great staff. Both my daughters like brining their pets here. My dog oldest daughter had two bad experiences with her dogs vet that made her after, many years leave. She plans for her dog to see this vet. She likes Animal Clinic Northview too but this one is closer and even better experience with them.”

“Used boarding services for our two dogs, got charged FOR 3 days after having them here for TWO. We picked them up at 10:15am, and apparently 15 minutes warrants charges for another whole day. (We were never advised of this at drop off.) It also isn’t mentioned anywhere on the paper we took home after drop off. Instead of making it right, and giving us the one time courtesy as new customers, they chose to lose all of our future business over 15 minutes. Hope it was worth the 40 bucks ✌️”

After many disappointing Vet experiences- We changed to Avon Lake Animal Clinic and it was the BEST Decision we ever made! Dr Adam Jacin DMV is Personable , knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind to our animals. The staff from the minute we walked in and to reminder calls or to answer any questions— they are professional, caring, considerate and knowledgeable and never seemed rushed or irritated when you ask questions. “I have used Precious Pup for over 25 years. I have had a few dogs due to replacing due to old age. I have always been happy with the grooming, customer care and attention to my dogs. I love the fact the same groomer is responsible for my dog. Also love the way they smell when done. I never go anywhere else and recommend Previous Pup to people. 5 stars indeed. Plus all my dogs are so happy when we pull in parking lot. Dogs are SMART 🐾🐾🐾🐾”
