“Brought my puppy in to get neutered. The staff was very nice however I did run into a few issues. First being that we presented his up to date rabies vaccine at check in like directed and it was taken but the vet however we were charged and our dog was given the rabies vaccine without consent when he wasn’t due for a new one until 9/23/24. Second I called multiple times to check on my dog as well as ask a follow up question as I was given zero instruction on how to care for him after the surgery and I was sent to voicemail 5 times. Our puppy was there for 8 hours and probably just left in a cage the entire time when he could have been home with his family and he has not been able to walk since picking him up from surgery. Mostly really just upset about the rabies vaccine situation!”

“Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer :(”

“This is our go to vet. We came here for our old boy prince and his bad back needing x-rays as he has two bad discs. And recently came with out two puppies one having worms when we adopted her not knowing this till recently and brought her brother Milo in to test if he had them two. Over all we have had good luck with them besides one time recently taking Milo in to be tested we were told they had throw away his sample and gave him a test that we already had done 3 times a week prior. Then only for us to call several times to find out what to do since they threw the sample out. Later in the day we finally got a call back that they misplaced it forgot the sample and still had it. Soon as it was found they did send it out to be tested. That’s the only hiccup we have had. Over all we have had very positive experience and everyone does amazing with the dogs and it’s rare but pretty sure Milo loves this vet lol.”
