“Top class in all that they do and also make you feel at ease also the animals sense they nothing to be afraid off. The staff are marvellous how they deal with your animals they don't just go in straight away with any injections or treatment they ask how the dog or cat is stroke the animal talk to you also the animals. They ask if any worries you got also how the toilet going which is very important. White Cross vet wish I found them years back as I never say it to win even if it was just a questionnaire as its a top class vet i reccomend it to anybody which i already have and they have took their cat there as well a vet so professional great fantastic in all they do. I'm not just saying that to win I say this even if it was just a qusetionair great staff polite cleanness and atmosphere walking in the vet is happy feeling.”

“After being with Medivet Coventry for 2 years, we switch to this practice and the difference is unreal. Staff are caring, polite and happy to help. Customer service is genuinely excellent. Talking to them in person, over the phone or WhatsApp, they always ensure to give you an advise and accurate information, even if you are not seeing a vet. Called medivet as my male cat couldn't urinate and was constantly going to the litter box in distress, they told me if that was the case he would be dead. After this response, I fully switched to James Horner practice. They immediately saw him, calmed me down and gave clear advise on what to do. My cats was doing better by the evening. Called them once with having found a very pregnant cat with fleas abandoned on the street. Medivet told me to leave her where she is and call RSPCA. Happily, called James Horner vets as well, and they immediately helped me, gave me advise on how to clean her up and saw her few days later. James took me through what to expect birth wise and how they can help, prices and services were clear and available to me in advance. Mom gave birth within 10 days of me finding her. Took the kittens for check upba few weeks later, one was way smaller and the vet Hollie was brilliant. Listened to all my questions, gave me plenty of advise on how to look after mom and kittens and support their growth. Glad to say all the kittens and mom are healthy, happy and have forever homes now. Very grateful to the entire team of this practice. Sadly, I had to change vets as relocated for work, but I wish there were more vets like them. Absolutely brilliant people and professionals, happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy vet practice.”

“We needed to see a vet as soon as possible and our vets wouldn’t get us in for 5 days so phoned around and rosewoods seen us next day, we knew what was coming for our beloved 15 yr old girl zyla, rosewood made us feel like we didn’t have to rush in following through immediately and was so comforting as possible in such a heart wrenching situation, the communication between us leaving and getting zylas ashes back was realy good also, just want to say a massive thank you for treating us and our girl like we meant something other then about the payment realy appreciate all you done and would 100% recommend this vets, just wish it was for other reasons 💔💙”

“Had a lovely afternoon out here today. Small petting farm which our children really enjoyed. A little play area with little tikes toys to play on. Our toddler particularly enjoyed it. Our older children loved the fact that chickens were roaming free all over the place! The perfect way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny afternoon.”
