“My friend has worked here as a technician for many years. I got a puppy during Covid and for some reason didn’t ask for recommendations. I went somewhere else and I was not impressed and then I asked Stephanie, (who is a long time vet tech at Maywood Veterinary and a friend of mine since kindergarten), for her advice. She told me all her animals are under the care of Maywood and have been for years. I have only been to the office a few times and I have been impressed by the staff at every visit. I saw Dr Curtis for a second opinion; I believed my dog had been spayed incorrectly elsewhere and was still in heat. After examination and bloodwork, Dr Curtis confirmed that I was correct. I have honestly enjoyed every tech visit I have had with Lacey. The techs I have seen have all been exceptionally professional, caring and extremely efficient! Please let them know they are doing great at helping keep the owners and the pets relaxed and welcomed during the visits!”

“I’ve been taking my pups and cats here for several years now and they’ve seen some good Vets that are no longer there. Most recently my pups have been going to Dr Diggles (the head of the practice) and he has been just amazing! You never feel rushed, he explains everything and you can tell he truly cares for your pets. Though I’ve moved away and it’s a minimum drive of 45-50 mins with no traffic, it’s absolutely worth it to have peace of mind knowing your pets are receiving the best care.”

“I have never been in a more compassionate loving place for animals than Dr. Riveros Clinic. She is the most loving and caring person. She took care of my cat Levi along with her other amazing loving doctor (who even worked with a broken foot) as if he was their own. They saved his life...and I will be forever grateful. Their love and care for animals are amazing!!”

“Positive experience. Had a feral female yard cat spayed, along with shots, nails clipped, flea med application, etc . Very fair pricing for feral cats, everything was done in less than 1 day----- Updated on 10-28-2021 --- Ellie, The daughter of Lacey ( Mom laying cloth in pic) has just been spayed today, and also have had a positive experience. The Doctor/Vet who performs the surgery does a very good job. -- Overall my only recommendation for Twin Oaks, is to have someone dedicated to the phones & appointment scheduling and customer receiving. Overall I know they are busy all the time, but the "process could be made easier for Twin Oaks and the customer ( maybe handheld computer tablet to be used for appointment checks, when customers arrive in the parking lot, or something)”
