“I purchased a four pack of flea treatments for my dogs on Saturday afternoon. I put a treatment on two dogs Saturday night and went to put one on a third dog on Sunday morning. The one I got out of the package was empty. After looking closer at it I could tell it had been cut and all the liquid had leaked out. I went to the store and talked to a clerk and she spoke to the manager and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already used two of them. When she went to the isle and checked the other one they had it was the same way. She took it off the shelf so they wouldn’t sell it but said I couldn’t have a full tube out of it because her manager said not to take care of it. I’m a member there and will not be buying for my nine dogs there anymore.”

“The animals well being does not come first in this store, money does. When i was there, he gave a cockatoo coffee. Birds can NOT drink coffee. He also had two fully grown macaws in a small cage. I had gone twice because the cockatiels i got died the next day and he gave me another to which it also died the next day. I hope the animals get taken away and sent to someone who will better care for them.”
