“Ordered fish to be delivered to me . Not only the weather was 20 degrees overnight .The fish came packaged perfectly . I ordered fish online before and this is one of the best packaged live fish I’ve received . Delivery was fast and in time. Even after acclimating the fish in my tank they were healthy and started swimming around immediately . Prices are good and overnight shipping is very reasonable compared to competitors . As soon as I placed my order I gave them a call and gave them a preference . They listened and delivered . Thank you very much . Will purchase again .”

“I had to bring my Benny into Bond Vet Astoria for GI & skin issues. Benny and I have been to multiple vets, animal hospitals, etc but BOND VET was incredible. From the moment I walked in, my family, Benny and I were greeted with warmth and compassion. We had to do a walk-in, and the team was efficient in finding us a slot time!! Benny’s vet and medical techs, Dr. Zhu, Jen and Luis were the best. They handled my Benny with so much love and I felt secured knowing he was in good hands. Dr. Zhu’s bedside manner was phenomenal and fantastic. I will definitely come back! Thank you all for the kindness, and empathy you’ve given Benny and my family Full disclosure: BENNY is not an aggressive dog but I just call it “vet coat syndrome” where he gets anxious and upset when he comes in. Otherwise he still loved everybody! Thank you all again!”

“Came to this place to have our cat neutered and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the initial consultation, the actual surgery and the follow-up, everything was great. To start off the receptionist, when I first passed to ask about having the procedure done, was incredibly nice and helpful. The vet techs we've encountered have also been wonderful and patient with Nube, who tends to not be still. The 3 vets we've met have also been incredible. They take their time explaining everything and let you ask any questions. The prices are reasonable. While there might be cheaper places, I'm certain the price is well worth the service. I'm beyond grateful to everyone in this clinic. Nube is truly a huge part of our family, and we're happy to have found a great place like this one. I definitely recommend it to anyone.”

“Our 1.5 year old dog Franklin has been going to Dozo Dog for about 7 months now and it’s paws down his most favorite place (and ours!). We’ve tried other local places, and let’s just say we are SO grateful to have found Dozo. The facility is extremely clean and all the staff and owners are extremely knowledgeable and caring (everyone is always smiling!). Our pup comes back home so happy and gets so excited when we approach Dozo. In addition to daily daycare, we’ve tried grooming services and boarding, they never disappoint. We all can’t imagine a day without Dozo!”
