“The best vet clinic I've ever been to. Before I was a patient, I called them with concerns about my pet, and they were extremely helpful and kind. When I went for an appointment, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and they were right on time. The vet that I met, Dr. Laurens (Lawrence?), asked lots of questions and really seemed to want to get to the bottom of my pet's issue. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, she was very careful and gentle with my pet. The pricing was not bad as well. This was the least stressed my anxiety-prone pet has ever been at a clinic. I was so happy with my visit and so was my pet. :)”

“This was our first visit and everyone at the pet hospital was great. You can tell they love animals. We had an appointment for 10:15 for checkups and shots for our puppies. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room, I finally asked the young lady at the desk why we hadn't been seen as the puppies were getting restless. Apparently, the doctor had an emergency, and we would be helped in a few minutes. Finally, the doctor came in, apologized for the long wait, and gave them their checkups. We then waited for her assistant to come and take the puppies for their shots. We left the hospital at 12:30. I'm giving a three out of five for the long wait. The doctor and all of the staff, I would give them a five.”

I can’t speak for the other doctors on staff, but everyone that we’ve seen over the years (I’ve had MANY visits) has always been truly great. I would absolutely follow Dr. Shah to a new practice if she left.”

“We have been taking the dogs and cats to WPV for years. They have a wonderful office staff and the vets are the best I have ever had. Dr Wheeler sees the boys, Chip and Cooper, havanese and bichon since they were puppies. Dr Lee deals with the kitties and has been taking care of them for 10 yrs. I can’t say enough about all of the vets in the office. They are all wonderful and do everything possible to keep everyone health. You can’t go wrong if you take your pet to them.”
