“I've been coming to this location for assistance with my two dogs for years. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. The veterinarians here have always been very understanding of my pets needs and have given me several options that are within my budget. They really do care for your animal, and the work and effort they put in really shows. They do get fairly busy at this location, but the staff does give you a rough timeline of how long you'd have to wait before being seen. I highly recommend checking out Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital for any issues with your pets.”

“I have been boarding my dogs here for years and it’s the only place I truly trust. I have boarded my two dogs for 7-9 days while away on vacation, and they always come back happy and exhausted. Even just one day of day camp will have them sleeping for the rest of the night. :) Their day camp is also a great way to socialize your pups. All staff are really sweet and you can tell they love dogs and have a great time with them. We hate having to bring our pup to the vet because it usually means there is something wrong, but when it's been needed, we always go to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic. The groomer is next door, as an associated business "Doggie Stylez" and they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Christina is patient with our dog and always remembers us!”

They do not assist in taking anything to your vehicle even if you are handicapped and specifically requested it (I saw a customer in front of me and I ended up helping her get the stuff to her car). “My young puppy had bloody diarrhea. My family was so worried that we urgently looked for a hospital. Fortunately, I made an appointment at this hospital and all the teachers were friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the teacher who treated my dog. But I don't know her name. I was impressed by her smiling and cheerful attitude toward dogs. She is a person who truly loves animals, and I felt at ease as she treated the dogs with care. Moreover, I am not good at English. The teacher did her best to treat her, explained all situations in an easy to understand manner, and waited for my daughter to interpret. He also sent a summary of the entire situation to my email so I understood the entire treatment process. The teacher's entire treatment process was trustworthy, and my daughter and I, who had been worried, felt relieved. Thank you sincerely.”
