“Tails is awesome, and our pups love it. All the staff are friendly and professional. Our pups were not used to anything like this and just wanted to go right back out the front door. After each visit they became more and more used to it. Even after day one we got them back happy and tired. We have only used their daycare service and love it , but are looking forward to boarding them in January for a few days . We live in Spring Valley and in my opinion it is worth the drive. “I wanted to take a moment to give my most heartfelt thank you to Dr. Angelina Colletti at Inspirada animal hospital for saving our little Jack Russel, Viva Las Vegas’ life two weeks ago. I am so grateful and impressed with the care and service we received by her, wow. She was kind, fast, knowledgeable, brilliant, and nurturing. She created a process step by step treatment that got our little girl through a very tough situation. Our baby had ingested some materials that were lodged in her stomach and was in serious pain and it was quite scary. I loved that Dr Colletti took her time explaining to us and showing us through the X-rays what was happening and the steps we could take to get her better. She didn’t push for all treatment at once, or tried to get more money out of us unnecessarily, she gave us options, made some suggestions and let us decide. We chose to hospitalize our little girl overnight, Dr Colletti called us personally before leaving for the day to give us an update and (because I was so upset) without even me asking for it, she committed to coming in the next day ON HER DAY OFF, to keep the case and not have it transferred to another vet. Our Viva Las Vegas was better by the next day after X-rays showed most of the matter had dissolved overnight with the treatment she received. No surgery needed (which we feared she might need). This is not our first time dealing with Dr Colletti, she assisted us a few months back when we had to put our little Chihuahua Chanel down, I must say that was another flawless, kind and nurturing experience. I am forever thankful to Her and Inspirada for the care our puppies have received, we’ve been going there since we moved to this area from another state 3 years ago. I’ve seen a few other doctors at Inspirada and always had a good experience, yes a few times they were really busy and short staffed and I had a few little annoyances, but nothing major. And after my experience with Angelina from now on I’m definitely sticking with her. Here’s a photo of our little Viva Las Vegas, healthy and happy.”

“My dog went in as an emergency when her spayed incision ripped and her guts spilled out. I tried to contact her vet, but they were closed on Sunday. Fortunately, Boca Park Animal Hospital was in the same center as our vet. The front staff, nurse and Dr. Elsaralli immediately took care of my dog Su Su. I was in a panic. They calmed me down, give my dog emergency care and sent us to an emergency facility. Dr. Elsarelli could have kept my dog until 3pm when she would be freed up to perform the surgery. But instead, she felt it was in the best interest for Su Su to get immediate surgery. She and the staff coordinated the transfer and bandaged my dog up with extra care. When I arrived at the Emergency room, they were expecting Su Su and knew exactly what happened. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion from the staff and both doctors on duty that day. Su Su is now a patient at Boca Park Animal Hospital for all her future care.”

From the young ladies up front that checked us in to the Dr that was very kind and explained everything to me that she was concerned may be going on with our fur baby. Then again, the young ladies that checked us out. So glad we chose this veterinarian office to take care of our 2 fur babies.”

“Beautiful facility!! We came in to see a few pups from their website, which they update hourly. They have several Meet and Greet rooms to spend time with the dogs. Each dog has a large kennel with 2 areas. They each have nice beds. They have an outside area that is large and has fake grass for the dogs to run and play. They have misters out there to keep them cool and it's covered. I didn't make it into the cat or bunny area but those areas are large as well.”

I have met several different doctors throughout the years we have been going there and they have always been friendly and knowledgeable. “I've visited cat cafes in Tokyo, San Diego and Portland, and these are the friendliest cats I've met at any cafe! Lots of lap-sitting, head-butts, purring and playing. There was also a separate room with kittens who were equally happy to get attention. While I was there, a couple adopted one of the cats (via application). The self-service refreshments include Keurigs with various types of coffee and tea, a fridge with soda and bottled water, and a choice of any two snacks from several baskets (Oreos, chips, butter cookies, etc.). It's a fun getaway from the Strip but even closer to Downtown and well worth it to get your kitty fix! If you're driving, you'll find it behind the Pep Boys.”
