NOT the way you accept gifts or interact with benefactors. Please address your front office staff & educate them for the benefit of all the other hard working staff. Happy New Year.”

“Staff is friendly overall but vet is considerably overpriced. Took my dog in for stitches for a cut located on her pawpad (difficult area to stitch) and was charged $725. The stitches all broke loose about a week later because it was really difficult controlling her physical activity as she is a high energy breed. Called the vet i normally take her to (they were full the day of injury) asking for a restitching and they only charged about $150 for close to the same procedure. However Highland gave thorough take home instructions, medication, and did a good job with communicating and everything else. Great place overall if you have money but not very low income-friendly.”
