“I absolutely love this clinic and their staff, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Blitz is a very anxious, sometimes reactive dog, and since she’s also a big dog, I’ve received judgement in the past at other facilities or just dealt with people that didn’t even try getting to “know” her and just came in to do the bare minimum and left as soon as possible. Dr. Dorset is unbelievable, and she has helped me, Blitz, and my husband in so many ways with the care she has given her and her recommendations. She is compassionate yet firm and a “straight shooter” — I can always trust what she has to say. She is very knowledgeable, and I have noticed that my dog has improved a little bit each time she’s come to a visit as she’s gotten to know Dr. Dorset…they will probably never be besties and Blitz will always hate going to the vet, but she’s making it into a positive experience for her each time. Everyone else I have met at the clinic (techs, front desk) are also wonderful and responsive. Thank you all for what you do and the care you give my Blitz.”

“Happy Cat Haven is a happy cat heaven! My 19 year old cat passed in January and our family felt like it was time to get a new member. After several no-pressure visits, Erebus (Anubis) was the special guy and came home on Sunday. He is still adjusting to his new house, but we know that the excellent treatment he received at HCH has made him cuddly, friendly and curious. We are so happy to have a new forever family member. “The staff was friendly. My two shih tzus had the pleasure of being groomed by Becca. She provided me with details of how they would need to be cut due to matting. Did not shame me for that like a lot of other groomers would. There were no surprises which I really appreciated. She was very open and honest. It’s hard to find that kind of care and customer service these days so I would highly recommend if you want your pups to get kind and quality care.”
