“I have been taking my dog here for vaccinations for several years but they lost my business today. I was a vet tech for 11 years and we never turned injured animals away that needed immediate attention. My dog split a toe nail so bad that he was non weight bearing in a lot of pain and bleeding. I advised the front desk girl of the issue and she told me she didn’t have anything till Wednesday. I said not even for an injury? She said no we can’t see him till Wednesday but there are other vet clinics down the road. The lobby was empty it was 3:30 and she didn’t even bother to get up to ask the vet if they could fit him. The clinic I worked for would have never done that. The Rowlett Animal Clinic had a lobby full of people and they still made time to sedate my dog and fix his injuries. Atlas and I will not be back to a clinic that does not care if your animal is in pain or not. Thank you to the Rowlett Animal Clinic for their compassion they obtained my business from now on.”

“If you are looking for the best daycare, boarding and training for your furry friend look no further. My dog has been going to Pawlofts for the past 3 years. She absolutely loves going there and is very well cared for. I recently had surgery and had to board my dog for a month. This left me completely heartbroken to be without her. Pawlofts took the most amazing care of my Berkleigh. While she was boarding, I had Debbie and Jonathan “train” my dog and help me work on leash pulling and some obedience issues we were having. I had to make sure, I could properly care for my dog when she got home. I was in a vulnerable position, I had to make sure I would be safe. My dog came back a different dog, and I say this in the most positive way. She listens to all commands and I trust her while taking her out that she will not pull me. It has been a pleasure to see her doing as well as she is with me and with other people. I am forever grateful for Lori, the owner, of Pawlofts for her patience with me while I would text for updates. She put my mind at ease and would send me pictures to show me just how well Berkleigh was doing. Debbie’s commitment to help get Berkleigh trained properly and for having Debbie take Berkleigh home to me. She advised me how I would have to continue all the hard work that they all did so that I would have a dog that would not stress me out. Jonathan and the entire staff went above and beyond working behind the scenes. Louis will always greet you with a smile and really gets to know your dog! As a bonus, on Holidays, they do picture day and I will tell you, you don’t want to miss this day! They go all out! My dog comes home clean and cared for! Berkleigh loves her Pawloft family! She runs in without hesitation and literally smiles. It’s her happy place and mine too knowing I have my furry friend at the very best place Dallas has to offer. Thank you Pawlofts! “The techs and the vets are OUTSTANDING!! I went in yesterday as my chihuahua was exhibiting some convulsive like behavior and refused to walk. They saw her as an emergency and were in the room within 5 minutes. The added cost was $90 and I felt that this amount was extremely moderate. X-rays and basic necessities were done right away too by the most accommodating tech and also by Dr Alvarez(I think that was her name). Dr Adams is my normal vet and I would go to either. Both are kind, responsive, great bedside manners. Just excellent. So thankful for their immediate response and care.”

“We started taking our new puppy to Happy Tails for daycare and boarding years ago, right after they opened. We are now on our second dog with them and I can not say enough about how GREAT they are. The owners and staff are the BEST. We know our dogs will be well cared for and kept safe while there. Dogs will be dogs, but the staff goes above and beyond to manage safe playtime. I don’t take my dogs to the dog park since the staff of Happy Tails is not there to monitor them!! Thank you Happy Tails staff for being the absolute BEST at letting our fur kids have lots of safe playtime and for allowing us worry free vacations. Of course as a responsible dog owner, we do our part by keeping all our vaccines up to date.”

They genuinely care about our pup and the staff are extremely nice and friendly. Two years ago we used them when our rather active doggo needed a knee surgery. My pup can be a little tough to deal with sometimes but he always knows what to do to make him feel comfortable. Recently I had to leave him there for a few hours which made me a little nervous, but i knew he would be well taken care of. The doctor is also always very informative and he makes sure to answer all the questions I have. Definitely would recommend:)”
