“Place is unorganized, receptionist on the phone neglected to tell me that when euthanizing your pet there that you are not allowed to be with them in the back room. Show up after being upset on the way having to put my cat down and then get told that. It is absolutely necessary for the pet to be with its owner in the last moments to feel safe. Anybody that works in animal care knows that.”

“I will never support the Welland location again. I am part of a community that does a lot of charity work for them but from now on my donations will go to other pet rescue organizations. The "supervisor" Nina Tremel is the most rude and arrogant person to deal with. She has no compassion and should not be in the role that she is. I also tried to contact the executive director John Greer several times but he refused to return my calls. They are all smiles and hand shakes when you're donating to them but behind the scenes they are terrible people. Karma will come for them - and not the good kind - for what they put me through.”
