“I brought in Flo for a urinary tract infection. He didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was very polite and made Flo feel very comfortable. I was given info on the new medication. I have been to another emergency vet in East end of the city and was not impressed. Eagleson Vet Clinic was great!! I have already recommended your clinic for emergencies. I was totally impressed!!! “This was my first experience at this vet clinic. We seen Dr Grenier for a consult about my boxers gum surgery. This was also a second opinion appointment as I had seen our original vet initially. I felt super relieved after this appointment, I felt the dr was really aware of the issues going on with my dog and felt confident in his ability to perform the surgery. I also have to add that vets and services are expensive regardless, but the initial consult was less then where I go usually and the surgery quote was 3 times less then where I was quoted before. And for that I am grateful because I would not be able to do the surgery if it was 3x the cost. The receptionists were also super lovely and Friendly and helpful. I was also able to get in relatively quick on a cancellation appointment. Really glad I decided to trust my gut and get a second opinion. I would recommend with my experience this far.”

“Son has severe developmental delays, was looking for a shock collar for my husky. Katie was super helpful, knowledgeable and fun! While she was assisting me, my son was poking her, and interrupting her. She said not to worry at all, and kept engaging and remaining friendly with my child as she used to teach. I have never been in a store where I have been treated with this level of respect, as well my son. Thank you PetSmart!”

“I have been to a lot of vets and I could not possibly have more positive things to say about this clinic and the staff. I recently had an experience where my cat almost died, and Dr. Boeckh was just so amazing. Made me feel comfortable and calm even when giving me difficult news. You can tell how much he truly cares. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and kind. A truly wonderful and gentle soul. My mom also recently went to this clinic and said he is a “perfect professional vet”. I recommend anyone I know with a cat to this clinic. The staff in general are so friendly and you can tell they really love cats! 🧡”

“The Feline Mobile spa service is great! I live in an apartment building and I just need to take an elevator ride to bring the cat to their van. It is so convenient and they are done in just 30 minutes. Indeed reliable, on time, quick service. My persian cat gets the most beautiful bison cut which brings out her lucious mane, cute little boots and pompom tail. They do an excellent job!! Maintenance brushes, between appointments, are a piece of cake. 🤗”

“We've been taking our dog here for 1/2 days starting in June 2023. What a great experience! Our dog has gone from being scared and not wanting to go in the door to now running in and greeting the employees! She loves her time at Dog Dayz. This has been a really good experience - our dog is now playing with other dogs. But best of all has been her willingness to meet new people. And these people always have treats!! I'm very happy with DogDayz. I love that they post the photos every day - some really good shots of the dogs!”

The selection is really great, a bit better than the Pet Valu that’s closer to my home so I like coming to this one. The staff helping us last time really took the time to make sure our order of a bunch of canned food was correct, we appreciate it!”
