“Ladies accused me and my mother of stealing. Following us around especially me, when we paid and were about to leave they said they need to do a bag search. I asked why and they said it's just random thing they do on Sundays. The lady with the blonde in her hair stood in front of the door blocking us from leaving. We watched other people walk out and they didn't do anyone or follow anyone like us, they also looked in the mirror at the top when I was walking. I talked to the supervisor and she said sorry if it made us uncomfortable. They followed us around and were a rude. The pictures attached is what they look like, the lady with blonde hair was the worst.”

“I was shopping with a friend today and noticed someone in the isle near by testing products like my self and my friend. Until a worker of the shop confronted a young lady about an item that she was holding. We then later notice a manager coming speaking to her too, yet the young lady was then stopped by 2 security guards and was forced to pay for an item that was on the testing shelf. Apparently the item the young lady tested was not for testing but i think that is absolutely wrong what the store worker and manager has done. If an item isn’t there for testing then why have the product unboxed and unsealed next to another product that’s on the testing shelf. I felt so uncomfortable after the situation not trusting the workers around me, thinking the same could happen to me and my friend so we left immediately. Horrible experience…. If I could give them no stars i would for the customer service and management….”

“I’ve had 2 encounters with this chemist which were absolutely disgraceful and reflect very badly on their service. I am a doctor who was trying to contact them by phone to obtain details of my elderly fathers prescription medications which he’d lost while away from home, and which I was trying to urgently replace for him. I phoned 26 times within a 90 minute period, during business hours, and using all 3 lines….with NO response!!! This is not only bad for business, it could be dangerous for an elderly patient. I doubt that this download will change their service, but I live in hope of an improvement, meanwhile I’m advising my father to find a more caring pharmacy service. This one only seems to care about the bottom line.”
