“I love this dispensary. I usually go to Sunnyside, but recently, they've been a bit crowded. Curaleaf is generally as cheap as the average, but they have good deals often. Theres a lot of choices. Staff is friendly, the joint is clean, and I like the product. There's usually not a massive wait. I buy the shake 1/2oz for $50. 6 years ago that was $100+ in a shady alley lol. I'm still jaded by the fact you can buy weed at stores. What would I change? The parking lot is a tiny, awkward square. I usually park next door now. My stop is usually here, and the tobacco store across North right there. I like Cura and Sunnyside. I'm glad Cura has a shorter wait time.”

The lady at the window Id me and was super friendly! She explained the next steps and I followed them. I went through the door and I was greeted by another employee who was also extremely friendly. Today grassroots was 30% off on their website so I placed my order and stopped curbside to pick up my online order. First, the guy running curbside was rude in explaining my item wasn’t on sale. I asked him to show me where it stated that on the site and he said it’s not listed. So, I went inside and was met by Bre, who was holding a piece of paper listing grassroots ounces are not a part of promotion. Cool, but how does the online shopper know about your piece of paper with exclusions ?? I’ve stopped before and purchased flower that wasn’t listed on sale, but still fell under the promotion and the price was honored. You guys need to be more specific about promotions and pricing, and NOT get an attitude when someone asks why your website doesn’t reflect the same. It’s customer service 101 guys.. DO BETTER”
