“The Staff is friendly enough and the club have many zones, but they have a several disadvantages. Lockers often do not open during your visit and you need to get help to open it. Hot tubs sometimes may be too cold, to be much chlorine or dont work. At this time aren't working 2 hot tubs of 2. I don't want to go to the club now because that, but if I want to froze my membership - I have to pay extra for that. You have to say cancel your membership which ending more than 1 month before.”

“Fantastic! I've been suffering with pain in my gums. It feels like metal shocks and they come in clusters. Dr. Wong with acupuncture treatment is working. He suggested six sessions, I'm on my fourth. I am not getting them as frequent. Yesterday I was pain free with none, but I did have one in the morning. He's awesome! Very easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.”

“Good therapists, but they charge a crazy price. They initially said I would only have to pay 50 dollars each session, which I paid each time. I finished the rehab sessions and received a bill for about 1000 $. I called them up and they said 50 was only an estimation. Had I known would have gone someplace else”

“My review about the Phoenix: in the three months I have been here I have been very happy with the quality of the general services I have received since day one. The staff has been responsive, attentive, and proficient with my requests. Specifically, the nurses and their assistants. The maintenance and housekeeping staff as well do an excellent job as well as John, the dietitian here. My criticism would have to be that, even though the occupational and physical therapists have been extremely polite and skilled, the access to the gym has been limited. Additionally, I have not received all of the medical records that I have continuously requested. Overall, I am very pleased and grateful for the quality of care at Phoenix and wish to see more openness from the administration in respect to the suggestions and collaboration with the residents. For such a large building as the Phoenix I yet again state my satisfaction with how the facility is run and maintained. I would like to emphasize as an elder the workload upon the nursing staff is tremendous. Somehow, the quality of care they personally need to render the services they do should be rewarded much more than I witness as per the brunt and workload on them. I've witnessed perhaps 4 shifts around the 24 hour clock and how these nurses do the work they perform is nothing short of phenomenal. I would surely like to hear if there would be some way to hear the nurses' unbiased review on what would make their job better. Finally, let me thank almighty God for Phoenix and whatever it is that allows this facility to operate on this level that I have witnessed. AMEN!”

“I was admitted in 2021 around February after my below the knee amputation on my right leg. This facility truly cares about its patients. I want to give a special shoutout to Paul Dong, Joe and Robert for getting me back on my feet. They truly are passionate about their job. Clean, safe and I was out in 3 weeks doing everything I was taught until I received my prosthetic leg later on that year. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.”
