“I had such a fantastic experience with Kinetix! I worked with Dr. Jed Meyers (and a whole team of interns/therapists—you guys rock!) and was instantly put at ease. PT felt like a scary, intimidating thing at first, but the team made it a comforting, supportive environment. Every one of them was skilled enough to answer any questions I had or help with exercises, and it felt like they were all rooting for me. I went in for lower back pain and came out with pain management techniques, a workout plan, significantly decreased pain, and a whole bunch more confidence! I will definitely be recommending Kinetix and Dr. Jed!!”

“Everyone I've met here, especially the ladies working at the front desk and in radiology are so kind. However, I've seen 3 different doctors at this point and I haven't loved any of them. Every appointment is very rushed. They don't seem to care at all and don't make any type of connection. It's so frustrating when you go to the doctors and they just speak over you, and don't listen to what you're saying- especially when you're paying a lot of money to be there! I've been dealing with an injury/ pain for 2 years now and nobody here has given me any solution or pain relief, literally nothing at all. They just keep referring me to other people in the building where I also get nothing from them. Am I supposed to walk around with a cane at 23 years old??? Apparently. They DO NOT CARE !!!!”

“I fell in love with the teachers at this studio when I attended Buti events. I then decided to take their Aerial Teaching Course and cannot express how much I love Elevate! Not only do you learn proper techniques and safety, the teachers truly want you to do well and succeed! They also encourage finding your own practice! Cant express how much I have learned and in return applying to my aerial practice and students! If your not interested in teaching alll of their classes are amazing and each teacher brings their own vibez 🫶🏼🙏🏽🕉”

“I was referred to Dr. Mates from another practice after having trouble with my left ankle. After 2 MRI'S and a diagnostic shot, he finally figured what was wrong with my ankle. Dr. Mates was thorough and compassionate. He didn't give up and I don't need another unnecessary surgery. I felt like he really cared. The staff is the best also. Very upbeat and caring. Easy to get appointments and check in and out are easy. They always have a smile. You can't go wrong with Florida Joint Care Institute. I feel lucky and blessed to have had such a great experience and great doctor as Dr. Mates.”

“My sister is not Spanish, she’s in pain and continuously asked in English to the people in her room to please be a little quieter and they completely ignored her. Two staff members were in the room and they had just gotten off their shift. It’s too bad that common courtesy is not respected at this facility - for everyone! My sister doesn’t want to be there, she’s struggling, suffering and in pain. Please be kind, courteous and compassionate to all walks of life!”

“Just started using this facility for rehab of my left knee. What I like about this place is that the therapists only see two people at a time. I have been to other places in the past where one therapist had to help three or four people at a time and didn't have much time for one-on-one care before going on to the next person. Everyone seems to know their job really well and they take great care of you. They give lots of encouragement as you make progress. I really am pleased with all of the staff. Getting appointments that worked for my schedule was pretty easy. Highly recommend.”

“When I came in today my loved one was wet. His aid was quick to get him cleaned up. I we very grateful, although not everything has been so smooth. The first day I had to ask four times to have the bathroom cleaned . That took at least eight hours. The recliner in his room is broken . This is the third day , we were told again that a work order was requested. I hope so, he really misses his recliner at home. I am very aware that the staff is busy and they can't be everywhere. I am grateful for the kindness that has been extended. This is a new experience for us and we are just trying to make the best of a hard situation”
