“I went to Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness because I was unable to get through my days without immense pain in my neck and arm. I loved how the office staff and physical therapists work as a team and make sure you know that when you walk through their doors, you’re their priority. The office staff was beyond friendly, and scheduling was always easy. And if you’re lucky enough to speak with Annie, the Office Manager, then you’ll understand why the front desk is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Annie was so friendly and was always able to answer all my questions. She was beyond thorough when assisting in the communication between Catalyst and my doctor’s office which helped expedite my care. My therapist was exceptional. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I always felt taken care of. My therapy was tailored to my needs and I always left my appointments feeling educated about my healing journey. He really made me feel like I wasn’t alone and reaching my goals was attainable. And they were. My neck and arm pain are gone and the tools I was given have allowed me to continue the work at home to stay on my pain free journey. “Dr Gu is the best Chiropractic experience ive ever had. It started from the introduction. He was attentive, he paid attention to detail and explained to me in detail what was going on with my back. “I had the best experience at the La Mesa Concentra. This was my first time at this location and I can say hands down this was the best care I have received. The guy at the front desk was welcoming and polite. What really made me make this review was the care I got from the X-ray Technician named Rosa Turk. She greeted me with the biggest smile and made conversation. You can tell she loves what she does. In the short time that I spent with her she showed me empathy and compassion in a professional manor. You don't get that kind of care or service very often, so it was very nice to have received that care from Rosa. I left my appointment very happy and impressed with the level of care I received. I hope this location is recognized from my review and most importantly I hope Rosa gets to read my review. “They literally let homeless people inside the gym to take showers where they don't even bother to cover themselves so some. I brought up the issue to the manager and it seems he already knows about it but doesn't care. They charge 84.99 yearly but monthly 34.99? , so ridiculous. I tried cancelling with them and their late cancel is 15 and then they charge me another 10 dollars while charging me monthly and still charging me despite already cancelling with them. Don't become a member here if you don't want your money stolen from you.”
