“Order placed in advance of Christmas for delivery prior to Christmas Eve. Received a call from Sam advising due to a stock issue the bike was no longer available. The Service Recovery from Sam and the team at Drift was first rate, searching for same select bike nationwide, then eventual replacement with a technically superior bike and personal delivery just in time. Really great example of extra mile service and customer care.”

“One of the best reviewed AF in aus for a reason. Always great to train here on work trips, has loads of space, amenities, always stocked pre workouts. Very down to earth management style. You can tell they take good care of this gym and have pride in it. I've just watched one of the management do their own work out, set up a class, spot vacuum the gym and is now restocking the vending machine. Have not seen a more proactive management style anywhere else on this level. Very impressive. A definite stand out in Aus when it comes to the AF name for sure.”

“First time social golf visitors. It is a lovely course and fairly well maintained. There's a very nice bistro and bar attached. Just a shame that one person nearly soured the entire experience by behaving in an extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming manner. He stopped us in THE MIDDLE OF VERY FIRST HOLE and interrogated us rather rudely about one of us not having a separate BAG (for the only 3 clubs: 2 irons + 1 putter, that they have as a beginner!!). One of us was carrying only half a bag so what was the harm in sharing a bag? He even sounded extremely accusatory when checking to make sure that we paid for 3 players! Adding to the insults, he then had the nerve to circle back and accuse us of not repairing our divots when they had clearly been filled properly. Asquith golf club is great and we would love to come back but please beware of a certain member of staff that can ultimately spoil everyone's enjoyment of golf. Otherwise a great day was nearly marred by that one encounter. Hopefully this won't happen again.”

“Would be great if they can fix the floor and the punch bag. The gym is quite packed, there is only little space for every facility. UPDATE: They are relocating everything and change a lot of the benches and dumbbell to the new one. The space is still packed but you can see they are trying. The ceiling is too low, when you try to take the barbell, you may hit the light.”

“One of the worst customer experience I have received by a member of staff in here named Alvin, who is on reception. My membership was put in incorrectly by another member of staff, who was actually very helpful. Alvin, first of all was aggressive and asked me if I had the app which I was told I didn’t need, if I had my swipe. As I went to look at my phone, he grabbed it out of his hand to check himself if there was an app. Then on the phone he said in front of my face “he’s looking at me with a blank expression” on whether I had the app or not. Overall he made me feel very uncomfortable, and like I had done something wrong. The experience was awful. When I went into the gym on other occasions, I could sense some sort of aggression from him. And today which I was never told he ran over to stop me from working out and said I have to leave as I was wearing crocs. Which fair enough if it is a rule but I seen numerous people wearing in that gym. I will be now taking another 30 minute journey to rose bay gym, where the staff are lovely, not to return to this gym because of his actions.”
