“Stunning course with great staff. Course is setup to be challenging but rewarding and offers great views as you work your way round. Bunkers are well placed but well maintained and the heather isn’t as tight as feared. Driving range is a bit of a walk away but that’s the only issue I found, would highly recommend”

“I left a gym in Oaktree due to the bad attitude of the staff and some customers. But then I went to this gym for few years and they treated me with respect and care. The staff is lovely and so is the customers. I had to leave due to moving area but if I ever lived in Mansfield I would return to this gym. As I've said very friendly customers and staff, I'm glad I left on good terms with this gym. Not one complaint about this gym. Very professionals.”

“I love this place. Ambiance is so relaxing but in the heart of busy Wandsworth you’d never guess. Infrared sauna is spacious and has the red light which other IR saunas in town don’t have. I love the IR sauna especially in winter to help alleviate SAD. The salt bath float is also very relaxing and helps me sleep from the salts. They have great products on offer like electrolytes, vitamin sachets etc. which I often purchase after my treatments. I love the ambiance - super relaxing inside, change of shoes, calm environment.”

“First visit the staff were rude when our app wouldn't work and weren't happy. Told them my name and typed in a completely different one and moaned when my name didn't appear. Couple of weeks in the main entrance is closed for works so using side door. No one was at door keeping an eye so anyone could wonder in. One visit after they finally have someone there and of course is same person as first visit and isn't happy can't find my name. I like this gym and will keep going with the equipment it provides but I want to feel relaxed and sadly I don't. The gym is always busy no matter what time I go with the machines I want always being used the whole hour I'm there for.”

“The gym itself was amazing - there was a variety of clean equipment to use, the gym wasn't too populated, and the environment (including the staff team) was very welcoming and friendly. I particularly liked the post-workout exercise machines and massage chairs that were there too. I actually wish I could frequent this gym more, but between school, studying, and basketball I'm tied up. Excellent gym nonetheless!”

“This is more a reflection on the company than this particular gym. Apparently it’s perfectly acceptable to sell people a day pass on Christmas without any mention that the gym is actually closed that day. I’ve been to this gym numerous times on Christmas Day before. Yet this time I get all the way there to find out they are now closed. There wasn’t a single bit of information stating this before they take your money for a day pass that won’t even be useable. There isn’t a single justification for this seeing as it’s usually unmanned and people just let themselves in, so it’s hardly a staffing issue. Complete joke”

“I bought my spin bike last February, and fell in love pretty quickly! Unfortunately, the computer supplied stopped working and after a couple of battery changes, it gave up completely. I contacted customer services to see what advice they could give - and it is possibly the BEST customer service I have ever had! There was no quibble, no challenge - I was treated as a grown up, and respectfully engaged with. JTX offered me a replacement computer, to my absolute joy - I have been a bit lost without my stats to motivate and drive improvement. Unfortunately, the new computers were out of stock but Jake promised one as soon as possible. I emailed a couple of times, as I'm impatient and worried they might have forgotten me (!) But they were as always engaging and professional - and good to their word. I got my new computer today, by courier, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks JTX, and everyone in customer services who had a part to play. 5 stars, without doubt. Sam Q”

“Far too busy now I know it's decent for the price there are no safety rails for the racks which just seems like an accident waiting to happen. In the evening you'll be waiting a while for a squat rack or bench unfortunately, it has only gotten that bad in the last few months. The water from the showers and taps has an odd smell. And there is no control at night the other Saturday night around 7 pm some kids jumped the barriers to get in and messed around I think the main entrance door is always open so means could easily keep happening or worse”
