“If you want to eat a high quality italian made pizza than Saco is the place to go! Only the best and the freshest ingredients in a wood oven. The price is fair for the ingredients you get and the service staff are also very friendly. There are not many seats so I recommend you to make a reservation as it is often full. For me one of the best pizza‘s I have ever had! Will certainly come back!”

“Very good pizza place, prepared in Sicilian way. We ordered three pizzas and some aperitif. I took a while to prepare it but there were tasty, looked nice too. We didn’t try desserts but it looked very nice (and sweet). One big minus - restaurant is super small - five tables inside, four places at the window and few tables outside. It was difficult to sit and eat in a comfortable environment. Nevertheless - I recommend!”

“Probably the best Italian restaurant in Ghent. I went here several times already and the food is always delicious being it pizzas, pastas or osso bucco. It really feels like a family home and all staff are super friendly. Prices are moderate in my opinion especially for the tasty house wine. It's a bit outside the city centre but very close to the highway. If you like Italian cuisine, you should check out this restaurant. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.”

“The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. For wine lovers this is the place to be because they have a big variety of wines. Prices are above average. I ate seafood pasta and it was a big disappointment. Pastas were not boiled and the sauce had no taste, i had to add salt and pepper to feel something. I think pizza is nice, i saw it in my friend’s plate and it looked yummy.”

“Such a great experience! The server was very friendly and spoke several languages. The Caprese and Bruscetta were delicious. The salmon pasta was probably the best we've ever had! My son had the prosciutto pizza and it was excellent! The house red is great and very drinkable. Even the olives they brought out while we waited for our meal were so good we had to ask about them. They marinate them for several days and it makes them so flavorful. Excellent experience overall! No reservation needed for lunch but go early because they did fill up.”

“They couldn't find a more suitable name: this is d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. I've been there twice and it seems to be a very popular place so it's recommended to book a table. If you like lemon and you don't drive, try the afogatto limoncello. The house wine is also good. Parking lot available on the main square, 2 min walking. Their fish dishes are heaven!”
