It took a long time to deliver (longer than expected) They got the flavor of the pizzas wrong They talked about this mistake, we actually accepted the wrong one because our baby was squinting with hunger, and it took them forever to deliver the wrong one! Bizarre, right?! I asked why it took so long, as I thought it was going to be wrong and THEY DECIDED BETWEEN THEM that they would do it right for us 🤡 so we waited again until it was ready. Amazingly: not even a “sorry” when paying! They acted so naturally about it that I felt like I was wrong in the story. The pizza may be one of the best I've ever eaten, but I'd much rather go to a place and be well served than run the risk of being treated like a retard and feeling like I'm in the wrong for a product I'm paying for. Product quality and service go together! :*”
