“We had Dinner yesterday there. It was very tasty. I asked the waiter if he could make any Pasta they have vegetarian, so they left the meat out in the Pasta i ordered. That was really sweet! The Staff was very sweet. We came there 10 minutes before the Kitchen closes, but they let us stay and order anyway, although would have been very stressful for them. Totally recommend.”

“Arrived in Macerata late and was very hungry. From our hotel my wife Googled restaurants nearby. We drove to this great place knowing little about it and as soon as we walked in we knew. The wonderful staff accommodated us without a booking and the pizza, tortellini, wine and desert were fabulous.”

“It was our second visit at Cotta A Puntino and it was as perfect as the first one. They are popular around the neighbourhood for being a great pizzeria but they also offer a great standard of pasta and meat dishes. For the pizzas, there is a choice of either thick or thin base. The thin ones are really special, the quality of the dough is unique and so is their choice of ingredients. The service is also 5/5.”

“I was here 3 years ago and it was a different pizza place. It was good but this one is much much better. The dough is similar to the napoli style pizza and the combinations of the toppings are really good. Luccio the waiter was too good to be true. He was so kind to explain us everything even without an excellent english. Thank you for the great experience.”

“Well, our experience was only perfect. We accidentally arrived 30 minutes before opening time but they very nicely explained the situation and invited us to stay there despite it was still closed. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes until the waiter arrived with welcome drink and bread. Very nice welcome! The waiters were very kind and polite. We ordered pizza and red wine, both perfect and without long waiting. Atmosphere was perfect - beautiful dining and very decent lighting together with an excellent selection of songs made our visit very pleasant. Just one thing - don't expect more difficult conversations in English. But it didn't pose any problem for us.”

“My favourite takeaway pizzeria in Florence, it is suitable for a cosy dinner with friends, it is near my house so we call to order and go to pick the pizza ourselves, it has a lot of varieties and they can make customised orders, last time we took 6 pizzas for 4 people which were more than enough and very economic 14 euros for each person. My favourite pizza is their special Mialona, which has salsiccia, olives, prosciutto, pepper, and sometimes mushrooms (depending on the season).”

“I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. Maybe because of the friendly staff (they are) and the pretty cheap prices, but the pizza's we had were pretty bad. They were flooded with an oily substance in the middle, which made them very soggy. I left most of the middle part, which I never do. The review would have been three stars but afterwards my wife felt pretty sick so I went with two.”
