“Came here for 6:30pm Wednesday trivia with Nerdy Talk! Highly recommend the spinach dip, loved it and it was a bit spicy. The pizza was also very good with a crispy crust. Tried the cheeseburger pizza which was unexpectedly good. The fries on top were the bomb. Draft list was absolutely huge with 20 options and the beer tasted fresh and cold. Trivia was a good time, would definitely come back. Perfect halfway point between Nashville and Bowling Green.”

Now, there was a slight flop to the slices, but that's par for the course with thin crust pizzas, and it certainly didn't dampen my enthusiasm. In fact, it added to the rustic charm of the meal. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family. The service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. If you're a fan of classic New York-style pizza with a thin, crispy crust, I highly recommend giving New York Pizza Depot a try. It's a slice of pizza heaven right here.”

“I place my order over the phone. Tell her I want to pay over the phone. She says only if that’s your only form of payment. I’m like um ok, I’ll just pay when I get there.. never once did they tell me it’s going to be a 3.5% convenience fee. I didn’t say anything about that.. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the boxes before I left. I bought $45 worth of pizza. I get home and they look nasty and taste like rubber. I call and both the worker and manager were very rude. The manager interrupted me while I was talking and I told her don’t interrupt and let me finish. She tells me not to talk to her like that and hangs up the phone.. very unprofessional. I’ll never be back to Tullahoma Rafael’s again. Edited to respond: I did not yell at you until you were rude and interrupted me. And clearly the picture I posted with the review the pizza looks nasty. So imagine how it tasted. I had hungry kids, I couldn’t wait to bring pizza that should’ve been fresh the first time and make everybody’s kids wait even longer. So yes, like I said, you didn’t handle this professional at all! I never wanted free pizza. I wanted pizza that was fresh. By the picture, you can tell it was not fresh. You were rude, your pizza tasted like rubber. That’s all.”

“This place is nice! The cashier was helpful and friendly and the food was delicious, especially the fries and boneless wings. The portions were huge as well. The only complaint is that my pizza slice came out a full ten minutes before my husband’s food, so I had to eat without him or it would have been cold.”

“Honestly this was great. It feels a little pricey for the amount of food received, something I will probably eat once every few months, but got the spicy chicken and pickle pizza, fried pickles and peppers, and hot honey with basil. I love the thin crust and square cut, love the atmosphere, the chicken pickle pizza, the fried pickles and peppers, the atmosphere, and even the skeletons riding bikes. The organic wine selection was a little bit intimidating considering the cheapest bottle is $20 and ranges up to $30 but also it looks like they are a great selection and possibly even a great deal at the price point they are at. I've never heard of a pizza place selling good organic wines but I love the concept. I just don't love that two pizzas, a wine, and a side of fried pickles and peppers is about a $90 check and on top of it, it's carry out and the guy checking you out is sitting there making sure you leave him a tip on top of it before the food is even made... for carry out.. like what? I have very mixed feelings about this place but love the concept and enjoyed the food.”

“This is my FAVORITE pizza in Knoxville. I've been on the hunt for the best in town, and this is it by a landslide. The crust is delicious, they're generous with the toppings, and the balance between chewy and crispy is always right. The owners are so kind and welcoming. The baklava is also amazing.
