“What a beautiful park made with wood structures and stone steps so it is a natural and serene setting for parents and care givers with multiple play areas for kids. The park was unusually quiet the day we visited plus it is small so that made it easy for the kids to run around and us able to keep up with them. The park has a lot of shaded areas and landing areas are soft and covered in sand so not too rough on little ones knees. My kids (ages 5 & 9) gave it 5 stars!”

“This park is great. When you pull in there is a big Pond for fishing with tables and benches to just enjoy the view. There is a parking lot right by the Basketball, volleyball courts, and restroom, and there are also a few more restrooms located throughout the park. Once you pass the Courts there is a pretty nice playground with some swings and Tons of picnic benches throughout entire park with alot of them being Handicap friendly.(half of bench is cut with table being long so a person in a wheelchair can sut at the table like everyone else, which was very cool and ive never saw that before) There is also a water splash pad that is free and awesome to bring your kids to on hot days. This park is very big and has another playground on the side with more pavilions for events and parties. Definitely recommend going to this park, whether it be Alone or with your family. Definitely a place to check out!”

“What a family fun outing! There's more than just bowling here. Moder technology combined with well maintained lanes. There's a bar area. Plenty of seating to enjoy a meal, video game area and more. Air Hockey is one of my favorites. I found most of the machines in good working order but some were out of service. The only suggestion I have is for a routine walk of the facility. We observed empty used drinking glasses laying out. Nothing aggregious and overall I found the facility clean and well organized.”

“This park is under the renovation but has great potential to match up with the surrounding area. The parking lot is two layered, and the dog park is right next to the restrooms. Those who want to visit the Terrytown lighthouse, then instead of parking in Horan's landing, you should park your car in this park and walk to the lighthouse.”

“Not a bad place for the kids but the staff is rude and should get some proper training. Very uncomfortable when staff is walking back and forth watching your every move. Rather than walking by and asking customers how is everything the stuff just walled back and forth many times. I lost count of how many times. Also to have plenty of time to walk back and forth making people feel uncomfortable, it wouldn't be a bad idea to spend some time cleaning the place.”

“Kanga's indoor play place exceeded all our expectations for my daughter's party, and our host Dennis truly made it a 5-star experience! From the moment we arrived, Dennis's energy and attention to detail were evident. He made sure every child felt welcome and engaged, and his ability to keep the party running smoothly while ensuring everyone was having a great time was truly commendable. The entire setup at Kanga's was perfect for a kids' party - vibrant, safe, and filled with exciting activities. The kids had an absolute blast, and as a parent, seeing them so happy was priceless. Moreover, Dennis's personalized approach and genuine enthusiasm made the day even more special. He seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves, and his friendly, approachable nature put both kids and adults at ease. Kanga's indoor play place provided a fantastic backdrop for the celebration, and Dennis's exceptional service really stood out. From coordinating activities to handling any last-minute requests with a smile, his dedication to ensuring everything ran seamlessly was evident throughout the event. It's clear that Kanga's has a gem in Dennis, and I can't thank him enough for making my daughter's special day so memorable. We'll definitely be returning to Kanga's for future events, thanks to the wonderful experience Dennis and the entire team provided. Five stars doesn't seem like enough to express our gratitude for such a fantastic day!”
