“Very nicely kept park. Though not from the area, not even from the state anymore, but have managed to meet at this park for a couple events in the last handful of years. Those times, including the most recent one this weekend, have yielded clean and well kept conditions, as well as some very aesthetic features with their noted fountain and other natural elements. My kids loved the playground last time as well.”

“A very cool lake where you can relax, play with children in the fresh air, there are nets for beach volleyball, you can fish, there is sand near the lake, many tables where you can bring your own food to eat. There is a lot of space, the park is very clean, we come almost every day with our children and spend a lot of time there. It is a beautiful combination with nature”

“My kids love this park. It has two little inlets for the children to play in. Behind the inlets are some rocks to climb on. They have an area with a little pier and a place where you can put your boat in the water. Right next door is that huge mansion place so there's great views for photos.”

“This park is a nestled gem of Delaware. The park wasn't too crowded to lose track of the kiddos. And the bathrooms were actually decent. There is a small and large playground to accommodate most ages. Watching the wildlife from the boardwalk was definitely a treat. The park also features "learning on the go" sign games around the park, for the kids to continue learning.”

“Another beautiful metro park (albeit it in Geauga County). We didn't find site/trails info but someone there told us about the nearby trail head. We took the shortest trail & observed several connections or forks in the trail to more extensive trailing. The largest shelter had multiple picnic tables under cover + we spotted a few other tables on our walk - which they've provided many benches along the way (some without shade) for respite or to enjoy nature. There's a nice looking children's playground there, also. I should have taken more pics...”

The setting is so peaceful and serene. If you have an event coming up and you need a space, consider this place. “Beautiful park along the river. We went to the Fiery Foods Festival and really enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to biking down there in the future. Lots of places to have a picnic if you don't mind sitting on the grass. Lots of large shade trees and there are a few benches.”

“I have only seen the park in the dark during the Christmas light show. This is the first year for the Christmas lights, but the event seems very well organized. There are a lot of figure displays, but little in the way of lighted trees and other accent type lights. I think these will develop with time. The farm house and barns looked nice with their lights. Don't expect a show like Pyramid Hills...at least not yet.”

“Was visiting family and got to experience Rivers Edge Indoor Sports while watching my nephew play soccer. It was huge and had food and drinks for adults to enjoy while watching their kid's games. There happened to be a live football game on TV, too, and entire families were cheering their teams...it was so fun!”
