“What a fantastic experience the whole way through from initial call to installation Fast to respond to my initial enquiry and organise a sales person to attend my home for a quote. Arrived on time and measured up fast and efficiently. No huge sales pitch just fact based information that was followed up with a quote for 3 systems by that same afternoon. After making a few enquiries re brands I got back to Neil with an email to go ahead with the instal. . He called me in minutes and talked me thought the process. The office team had me booked in within a week. Team arrived early to install my system they worked fast and to their credit not one tile on my terracotta tiled roof was broken! I was in the middle of renovations and although difficult to get around other tradespeople these guys did the job, cleaned up and were out by late afternoon. Polite, tidy and super efficient this team were brilliant. I have old ceilings and beautiful cornices and plasterwork. . They were respectful to my home right down to positioning the vents so they were inconspicuous. I had to have a plumber attend the following day to connect the water to the new system. . again this tradesman was super efficient, matter of fact and to the point, tidy and very friendly. This would have to be the best company I have worked with for sometime. Would highly recommend Rite Price heating and Cooling in Adelaide Huge thanks to everyone involved with getting me a great system, my installation and all the information that is required. Let's be honest, no one likes hand washing things after a long day at work (or fixing a dishwasher). Just one thing to note, they will stock things not on their website and pricing in-store vs. online differs, so best to check their website first to see what's cheaper and they will happily adjust the OTC sale price. Looks like their ERP & eCommerce implementation has a few loose ends, so best to call up and confirm price/availability.”
