“Decided to invest in the Wells “The One” as it is sleek in design and will fit nicely in my small kitchen. Thanks Yurik0 who patiently drew and showed me how they would fit the “The One” in my counter after I took a photo of the kitchen. We also discussed the color and she recommended pink as my counter background is dark. It was a good recommendation as you can see from the photo as it brightens the kitchen. She also reminded me a day before on the installation by texting me. Great and attentive service from Yurik0. Thanks also to the installer, Ah Wei, who efficiently installed without the need for me to move my pots and pans or having power point under the cupboard. Thanks for telling me to choose a color that I like. Looking forward to enjoying the “The One”.”

“Not the best customer service. It closes at 8.15pm and we came at 7.50pm. Understand it’s a bit late, but still, it’s during operating hours. When we came in, no one approached us, everyone was doing their own thing. We had to call them to ask them for help/tell them what we were looking for. What kind of customer service is this lol? No “how can I help you?” / “are you looking for anything in particular?” Also they switched off the lights WHILE WE WERE STILL INSIDE. At 8.03pm. Hello??? Customer still inside?? 8.15pm then close what, no? We had to look for bidet IN THE DARK. Had to switch on our iPhone torchlight to see. This is pathetic man. Our salesperson (I didn’t even check his name) couldn’t even wait to finish our order. He passed it on to another person and went behind the counter to change out of his uniform. I understand that it’s NEARING closing time, but it’s NOT CLOSED YET. Please also take note that the items are fixed price. No bargaining / discount. Bought their house brand toilet bowls and stop cocks. Will come back to review if it is less than satisfactory.”

“Their customer support is fast and efficient , no endless waiting and talking to the machine . The service was arranged promptly and the technician came the next day to replace my PCB even though the issue was not resolved. The machine was sent back for further evaluation and returned the next day . So far so good and keeping my fingers crossed that the machine can last me a good few years. I would strongly recommend Whirlpool for their prompt customer service and followed up!”
