“I used ARS for a furnace tune up. This was the first time ever doing this as I’m a new homeowner. The office staff was great and got me an appointment same day! The tech that came out was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He expressed that he encourages people to watch him through the process so they know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or mistrust, which I very much appreciated. He was honest about the age and shape my furnace was in and upfront about any cost if I needed to replace a part and that because of the age, it really wasn’t worth it. A few days later, my furnace started leaking and I panicked. Called them and someone came out next day. It turns out, the tech forgot to connect a hose back after the tune up. The tech that came out to fix the issue checked 3 times to make sure everything was back and working smoothly before he left and there was no charge to me since it was an error on their part! I was so relieved. People make mistakes, so it was not a big deal to me. I am just happy that they took responsibility for their mistake and corrected it so promptly. Both of the techs that came out were so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with not only the techs but also the office staff. Everyone was on time and efficient unlike other places that will make you wait all day. Would 100% recommend them and am going to continue using ARS in the future!”

“I had an emergency and was trying to quickly help my elderly mother and father-in-law with a toilet swap. Theirs had broken and I was searching nearby for a decent replacement toilet. I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone at Stanley's Hardware who let me know they had some nice in-stock items. I quickly drove to this location in a heavy downpour, frustrated from my failed attempts to fix the existing toilet, and was greeted by Ernie. Let me tell you, Ernie was THE ANSWER. This gentleman listened intently, took the time to show me the models that they had on display and installed in the men's bathroom, and explained the functionality of each. I settled on a Delta model and was afraid of just grabbing the box and driving it back, in this storm that was happening, and finding out that something was broken, which often happens with these products. Ernie calmly unpacked the components with me right on the sales floor, and then subsequently wrapped everything back up neatly, grabbed me a cart for the toilet, waited for me to check out at the register, and walked with me in the rain to my car to help me load the toilet into the back. His kindness will always be remembered and I will not hesitate to patronize this store b/c of that wonderful experience I had a few weeks ago before the holidays. I will also go on to say that everyone in the store was polite and patient...something that has somehow been lost in most retail environments in the past several years. 5 Stars is not enough for this commendation. Everything is nicely marked and laid out. The aisles are wide so you can navigate safely and not have to carry heavy plants. The plants are well taken care of, there were no plants or trees that we saw that were in need of attention. The staff is extremely friendly.”

I live in Milton and could just go to Cole's Hardware, sometimes the prices at Cole's s is a bit steep. Overall the employees are helpful and found what I wanted right away. Also got to see an amazing sunset from the parking lot when I showed up to shop. Great little hardware store.”

“Initially in July 2023 there was a bit of back and forth to determine if EMCO would be able to procure parts as my HVAC system purchased in 2019 was still under the manufacturer's warranty. For the first service, I was advised this wasn't offered so I paid for a circuit board and labour, it was pricey. I used another HVAC service to replace my blower as that company was able to confirm warranty for the new blower. Fast forward to November 2023 and my heater doesn't work. Seems like I need a new circuit board based on their diagnostics. Spoke to EMCO and asked again about my warranty, after a bit of haggling, they confirmed they were able to procure. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue (and replaced by filter for free). Rating them 4 stars as I paid for a circuit board and labour in July and only paid for labour in November. If it were left up to me, I would ask for a refund for the July cost but I didn't. Overall, they company is efficient and Hannah is pretty thorough in her approach. I would recommend this company.”
