“Friendly and organized and best, not one of the big boxes. It feels nice to shop at a store that is more local than those Orange or Blue people! I was looking for a garden hose and nozzle to use for washing the Sprinter van. I did find what I needed and while it's a little more expensive than I would like, the quality is good and it's in stock. And again, #ShopLocal. They have darned near everything here and the folks are definitely friendly and helpful!”

“Wow what an amazing experience. It's so nice when it's a real pleasure to do business with a company. I received a visit to quote and the actual quote in lightning fast time! The guys came right on time to do the install, did a totally stellar job. They worked very hard, got into insanely tight spots in the attic, cleaned up very nicely, and made sure everything was 110% before they left, including schooling me on the system and warranty. The price was unbeatable as well. Chris was great to work with and runs a great outfit. His crew consisted of Brandon and Steve and boy are these guys just an amazing team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and I don't even think I saw them take a break all day. Highly highly recommend Airheads!”

“The online process was a breeze and the same service technician has been to our house for 3 regular appointments. His communication and performance has been very professional. We are very happy with everything so except for thing... I'm sure they will resolve this quickly but we were double charged for the initial visit. When I called they confirmed that it was double charged and they submitted it for credit and said it may take up to 10 days. It's been over 30 days now and we've already paid for our second month of service so they haven't credited the double charge or put it towards our account. We are still waiting for this to be resolved”

“Perhaps hands down THE BEST experience. I had emergency plumbing done from a less than par independent - and what they “fixed” was not fixed. Having your plumbing down is stressful- so called Dunedin Plumbing the next morning and they had an amazing technician out within four hours from the initial call on a Friday. They came and assessed- and fixed the problem AND made my toilet run better than before and all drains within an hour or so. They took care and courtesy, to clean up behind themselves- and again the customer service was 10+ - pricing was AMAZING for the service provided. I would highly recommend!”

“This company used to be one of my favorites to use on the island. Lately with so many rental home and mass expansion in employees the personal service is gone. They sent a tech over to my home that miss diagnosed the problem and did not fix anything. I have video of the tech hanging out at my beach house to add up hrs and get the bill up. Lapensee fired the employee but never credited me for the bill I paid through managing company. Been using them for years but wont any longer on any of my homes in Anna Maria”
