“Bought a washer and it was never delivered. Date of delivery was 15 Dec 2023. I was giving a 4-hour window. That 4 hour windows came and no delivery. Called customer service to check the status on my order and I was assured that it will be delivered 2 hours past my window. I was willing to wait, 2 hours passed still no delivery. Called customer service again for an update and they tell me it has been rescheduled for 21 December 2023. Now you see my frustration I waited from 2 PM to 8 PM for my delivery and it never came. I lost my work wage because I took off half a day for this delivery. The delivery company never called communicate with me. So I cancelled my order. Home Depot outsourcing delivery is a joke. There’s no accountability on the delivery company. I should have been reimbursed for my lost time.”

“I was very disappointed during a recent interaction with the staff regarding a rental of the carpet/upholstery cleaning machine for a quick fall clean up of our high traffic areas. I arrived at Menards to rent the machine and purchased a bottle of cleaner. Once arriving at our place of business I noticed there were no hoses for the machine to clean upholstery. Also there was a rather large amount of hair in the rollers.No biggie. I spent about a half hour removing the hair and made light work and accomplished the task. Upon returning the machine I was about 45 minutes late. They proceeded to tell us it wasnt returned on time and charged us another days rental and charging additional $20 cleaning fee when it was spotless. The asst manager was very rude and made us feel dirty.. So we paid double. We asked to speak to Gary but they refused. We filled our propane today, all 8 of them but we didn't use Menards. As business owners we won't be treated that way and will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.”

They also have a program where they can service the furnace and the AC at the right time of the year for a very good price. “I have used Ted's for both residential service in the past and multiple times for dumpster rentals and I can say I'm more than satisfied with their service they have provided me. The dumpsters are well kept for being dumpsters, and they were all delivered on-time and we had no damage to home or property from delivery or pick up. The folks working the phones have always been courteous and respectful to me as well. I will definitely be using their dumpster rental service in the future and I have already recommended them to family/friends. Additionally, I have used their recycling center and I am thankful they offer that service for free and the hours usually work fairly well for my schedule. There's usually quite a few people there so parking can be limited but if you can get there when it's not so busy there's no problem.”
