“Despite a few setbacks during the installation process, we could not be happier with the results. We **LOVE** our new walk-in shower. We love that they took everything down to the studs and into the ground to the drain. Our home is 60 years old and the drain pipe gave them a few problems, so the installation had to be put on hold until a plumber could come fix it. We were without use of our shower for a week - NOT the one day they promised upfront. Luckily, we hadn't sold our old home yet, and we live fairly close to it, so we were able to go there each morning to get cleaned up. So, be prepared for issues to possibly come up... it might not be that one-day install that the salesman promises you. Because our bathroom has a lower ceiling, we opted to have a white panel installed on the ceiling. We are so happy that we did that. It looks really nice... and less worries of water damage. The fixtures we chose were a little more expensive, but we got exactly what we wanted, and they look so nice. The corner seat was more expensive as well, but we sure love having it. I use it for shaving my legs and sitting down to shower on the occasional days that my legs are hurting me. My husband really appreciates being able to walk into the shower now and not have to step over the tub. We were a little worried that the corner seat would take up too much room in our fairly small shower, but it's not at all intrusive. Jacuzzi is definitely more expensive than the other companies out there, but they do a fantastic job... and not just a cover up job... they BUILD your walk-in shower. They have fantastic products that aren't cheap and flimsy either. No worries of your floor or walls cracking or warping. Everyone we've talked to and worked with at Jacuzzi is very friendly as well. The crews who installed our shower were very friendly, but also very conscientious of the noise and mess they were making. They apologized to us and our neighbors for disturbing us. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They put down drop cloths. They picked up their tools each day when they were done so we could at least use the toilet and sink while we waited for the shower to be done.”

“Patterson owned the rebuild of my garage after a fire. The work they did was excellent- they worked very quickly and made it look nicer than it did before the fire! There was a point during the process where their Project Manager was not responsive, however the issue was dealt with swiftly and they replaced the Project Manager quickly and things kept moving. I appreciated the effort they made to ensure the service level was kept high. I would recommend Patterson if you have a similar job and again I appreciate the work done to make my home whole again.”

“DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They installed our solar and in our package it came with new thermostats. These new thermostats have never worked correctly. When I asked for them to be fixed or replace They just give me the run around. They are extremely unprofessional. Ariana is the person I coordinated with. I would have given them zero starts but it won’t let me.”

“UPDATE- Watch out for Chris the whole reason this outfit fails.....I have whistle blower details. UPDATE.....Do Not Use!!!! UPDATE- THIS COMPANY LIED ABOUT MY SERVICE. SHOW ME PICS OF CRACKS ON THE LID. YOU RUINED MY CARPET I AM JUST WARNING OTHERS. Through our home warranty we had this company out to service our washer. After looking at the service codes and tearing into the washer....decision was to replace the rods. Some info the washer was stopping and throwing error codes. So anyway rods were replaced, that night we ran it and it flowed over and threw water out....causing a flood in our hallway and spare room. Owner or Manager could of cared less....they brought out a carpet cleaner....who told us this won't help since it had been soaked all the way through. By the way if rods are installed incorrectly I found out it can throw it off balance and do what it did. However I warn Hiring this company....if it does go bad they won't help, and might cost you other repair costs. I am surprised of the ratings as high as they are maybe they should just stick with AC repairs. However management at this company is horrible so watch out. They never once apologized.
