“Teams showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. They had no problem installing a wifi enabled thermostat instead of the original one in their proposal. We also got a new AC unit (not pictured) - they will come back in the spring to test when the weather is warm enough to see if it can be made colder! The company provided the permit and we scheduled the inspection - work passed with no problem from the City of Fairfax (gas furnace). The inspector also looked at the AC unit but I wasn’t exactly sure why.”

Robert, on the phone, was easy to deal with and he sent someone the next day. Don, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable, did not try to upsell me on anything, did offer their annual 6 month inspection for a cost of nearly 40% less than I had been paying another company. Don even offered to change my filter for me, something the other company did not do. I’m very happy to have found a company I can trust!”

“Bit unorganized but the two associates worked efficiently, repairing products on the spot while you wait. They were good with communication and the space is clean. This location is a bit far from my home so I stopped at a local vacuum repair shop first, was quoted $200 and ten days to fix. Given a false story about needing to disassemble the whole thing and solder electric back together etc. I’d seen YouTube videos about the trigger being relatively easy to fix so I decided to make the trip to the repair center for a second opinion. The fix took 10-15 mins and they didn’t charge me, despite my machine being out of warranty. Happy with my Dyson customer service experience!”

Pam was easy to work with and knowledgeable when it came to picking out my sinks and Amy chose the perfect hardware to complete the look I was hoping to attain.
