“My elderly mom who's on a fixed income purchased an expensive leather recliner right before Christmas. She was told it would be delivered the very next week (didn't happen). When it was finally delivered, she thought she liked it until sitting in it, and it leaned forward. When she called them they sent someone out, and they took pics. They didn't get back in touch. So she finally called them and they are not willing to fix it or give her a refund. So she's stuck with a broken recliner. I will be telling everyone I know how rude and unprofessional this business is. There is just no excuse! !!!”
